Our experience in shopping around is it usually takes 3 or more different companies and integrations to accomplish everything that 360 Winery offers. Pros 360 Winery is truly a one stop shop for all of our Winery and Vineyard needs. This is what we needed and had been looking for. The team is very committed to ensuring their product works as it should. We had a few unancipiated curve balls when transitioning to 360 Winery; these experiences showed us we were working with a team who is committed to their customers. Cons 360 Winery has so many features, we have been using it for over six months, we have not come across any Cons yet. Our personal challenge as a winery is a solid internet connection, this is our personal Con to work through and 360 Winery has supported us in obtaining a stronger internet option. Alternatives considered [KORONA POS](https://www.capterra.com/p/142520/KORONA/) Reason for choosing 360Winery Korona had some great options, but they were integrated with other software to create the full picture we wanted. With 360 Winery, they were our one stop solution. Everything we need in one place. Wine Club & Cellar Door Manager Wine and Spirits Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "360Winery Review from a User" April 14, 2020 5.0 Our members pack run has been the smoothest in years and great around the clock support from the entire 360 Winery team fills me with confidence. Coming from a system where our support team was based in Australia I was hesitant about support from overseas however it has surprised me with how thorough, clear and helpful the entire team have been. I'm very happy with this system and would happily recommend it to other wineries, of which I already have. Pros The batch invoicing and freight modules are very easy to use and simplified our members pack run. The POS is simple and clean and easy to use but the Batch Invoicing and Membership Database was the stand out for me and my business presently. It makes membership management simple and easy and invites the member to edit their own data as required. Cons Any features that I believe are missing or could be improved has been taken on board and implemented. At present the only con I have come across is the invoice number appearing on the freight label/sticker rather than the type of pack (i.e. Red, Mixed, White) which would allow for less mistakes while labelling packs. Alternatives considered [Commerce7](https://www.capterra.com/p/131375/Vin65-Platform/) Reason for choosing 360Winery Due to the perceived ease of use and integration with all of our other systems in place already (freight companies, MYOB etc.) Also the support included in the price was attractive to us and I see this as great value for money. And sometimes it has happened in the past that when something works, it may letter no longer work. Pros I like many of their features like the ease of issuing an invoice or recorded a sale through POS system. The interface is user friendly. Cons It is very difficult to correct an error made. Dates cannot be modified or changed when needed. Reason for choosing 360Winery It seemed to have all that we needed as it is very difficult to find a software for our type of business. Organization, Efficiency, Accuracy" June 25, 2024 5.0 Exceptional service, the team really took the time to understand our model and business needs, and made so many good recommendations for us that improved our operations. We strongly recommend 360! Pros 360 manages our sales/credit card processing, digital marketplace, inventory management, creates data management reports for client management and compliance - all in one easy to use platform and affordable platform. Cons We had a huge database, the migration and reporting were challenging at first, but the 360 team was diligent in their efforts to get us up and running. The ability to have our cellar door POS, wine club, warehousing and website completely integrated has been life changing. It is a great all in one solution for small-medium sized wineries with customised club packs. Lovely people too. Cons Can be difficult to set up as all coded. However once implemented works fantastically. The days of cobbled together programs and administrative inefficiency that comes with it, are finally behind us. 360 Winery is modular which means that wine companies of all sizes can use all or some of it and save money. Cons there are still some minor elements/customisations that need to be added but they are only minor irritations Review Source RW Ross W. Director Wine and Spirits Used the software for: ### "Forward with 360 Winery" April 27, 2017 4.0 We were an early adopter of the 360 Winery system, when it was in it's early stages of development. We have worked with the 360 Team to further develop the software and interfaces to other 3rd party software systems. This is purpose built software for the wine industry and is a good fit for the processes we employ. We currently use the Point Of Sale, Wine Club and Warehouse modules. The modules are now sound in functionality and reliability and the implementation of the interfaces with Australia Post and St George Bank have enabled significant time savings in processing, payments and shipping. Customer support during this early implementation phase has been excellent, even though some of the support staff are off-shore. Achamma and her team are always available to provide support and listen to requests to further enhance the software. I Would recommend 360 Winery to anyone requiring easy to use software with targeted functionality and up to date technology for their wine business.
