The students love that they can freely open their phones and keep up with class and stay in the know of what's going o at their place of choice. Pros Fitli is a lifesaver with a big bang for your buck! It allowed freedom to do other things around the studio while clients were able to book and pay their monthly fees without a hassle. No police trolling here. Great app that does a lot for small businesses for the value of money. The cost is affordable. Scheduling is simple to book and follow while customer service is fast as lightening. Awesome app for studios and small gyms. Cons I wish this app was designed for androids also. I have absolutely no complaints, honestly. Quite the opposite - just accolades. If you are a yoga studio or any kind of business that runs classes, sets up private appointments and sells merchandise, this is an excellent platform for your needs! Pros Fitli's customer service is the absolute BEST! They are always there and will never let you flouder! Though the learning curve was tough in the beginning, it was never impossible thanks to their support. I always felt like our accounts were secure, our customers had an easy time booking and I was easily able to manage the schedule. Cons We are a rowing organization and though the designers of fitli tried hard to tweak the software to fit our needs, there were so many things we could not do with the software that we needed so we had to employ other software apps to get all of our work done. Very responsive. Very professional. I love to support snall businesses that take care of their clients. Pros They do a great job of communicating and answering questions in a timely message. The y listen to feedback and respond appropriately. Cons A few features you would see on some of the bigger apps. Being a small business, it's completely understandable.
