Cons

It would be really nice if they could develop an app and include an option to change the page color. That would make it easier to use and more enjoyable for users

Customer service is quick and it is user-friendly. Any issue i have the customer service reps respond and fix issues within less then 2 hours. Pretty impressive

It is very easy to use and the customer service is quick to respond. I enjoyed my original account rep but I understand people move on. \[sensitive content hidden\] was great

Nothing it all seems to work well for what my business uses it for. I don't have any complaints. It seems to work

Overall my experience was a 6/10.

Pros

Clients could pay for sessions and receive reminders without my involvement. This freed up a lot of time for me as a business owner. Reports easy to generate. Customer service was always helpful.

Cons

Rescheduling appointments was cumbersome for me as admin. Users complained of not being able to easily register for classes or workshops.

A consultant recommended Fitli based on the size and scope of my business, the cost and good customer service reviews.

We would have gladly tried to help make some integration suggestions or improvements given the chance. It's especially disappointing that we did not get a chance to make things better for you and your clients as this feedback runs counter to what we typically hear. In fact, most of the feedback we receive is about clients who find it very easy and convenient to book classes, appointments, or workshops using the mobile app or website portal. Of course, I know we are not even close to perfect and have lots of improvement potential. One way or another, we failed you. For that, I am sorry. It's easy for my clients and myself to use. The app makes it convenient for everyone since most use their phones to sign up and into classes.

The price has gone up since I first signed up but that is typical for most companies so I can't complain too much.

I've been using Fitli for 7 years. It's grown a lot since I started using the platform and they have made many improvements. The customer service is quick and efficient which as a business owner is much appreciated.

Pros

Fitli is easy to use and affordable. The scheduling and appointment management is also efficient and easy to navigate.

Cons

Not having a "cart" when checking a client out for purchases. You have to run each purchase separately.

Pros

Fitli makes it so easy for our clients to book business with us and for us to keep track of all sales and bookings.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Any issue we have is almost immediately resolved by their customer support team.

when I post a question for help in the chat I get an immediate response. If they are offline the next day there is a response. The reports are great for taxes and session usage for customers.

Pros

Their customer service is exceptional. I have used other schediling apps and felt like just a number because I was a small studio. The ease of setup and use. My clients find it very easy to book and pay online. They are always making upgrades and they take customer input.

Cons

This would be a third party api. It would nice if my reviews could be seen on google.

I have been using fitli for many years now and appreciate how they ask users what they want to see be added or updated to their programs and they add new options every year to improve the functionality for multiple business models.

Pros

Very quick response time to questions. They are always adding more features to improve user functions. Easy to process credit card payments. Easy for clients to create accounts and sign up

Cons

That you can only charge for 1 purchase at a time. If you could add multiple packages for customers, that would be helpful

The value I pay for such a professional and seamless service.

Cons

The only con I have is being able to attach a note to customer emails when they book a service. My clients sometimes feel the Fitli app is not user friendly, but I don’t feel the same.

Mindbody was cumbersome, and overpriced. New features actually put competitors on the opening page of the app which could take customers elsewhere. If you advertised on that page, they would take a percentage of the booking - I PAY for people to book classes and shouldn't have to pay for the service to advertise competitors and/or charge me for having to advertise specials. MB also did not respond to complaints or concerns.

If there is something I feel I could use as a business owner that doesn’t already exist they find a way to make it happen.

It would take 24 or more hours to get a response to questions. An overall good service but those response times had potential impact on a sale. Tried the Fitli trial, had a question on the weekend and didn’t expect an answer til Monday. Got a response an hour later. MIND BLOWN 🤯 That level of service remains consistent!! Love this team!!

I love the ease of use and thr superb customer service that the Fitli customer care team provides. This is a wonderful company to use for personal training businesses.

Sometimes my clients have difficulty signing up on the app/laptop before they start their personal training sessions.

If not for Fitli, we might not have made it through the pandemic. Making the transition from paper passes and payment in studio to an online program of classes and registration has been daunting. Our questions to Fitli were addressed immediately. We were able to schedule quick online chats for more challenging questions and quick responses to emails helped us out of many mini-crises. We found the pricing fair and the support exceptional. Highly recommended.

Pros

We have been an old-school studio for 50 years. 2020 changed everything, and thankfully, we found Fitli at just the right time. We were able to set up online classes using Zoom with payment and registration all online. We are indebted to the support staff at Fitli who helped us every step of the way, and continue to listen and address our concerns.

Cons

It was difficult for our clientele, many older and not computer savvy, to get used to online booking and payment. Sometimes they still miss the "confirm" step when processing a payment. But these extra steps are a protection for our clients so they don't make erroneous purchases. It's taken some practice, but most everyone now is conversant and comfortable with this program.

Fitli was priced more favorably and the product was far easier to use than many others that we considered. The support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

I enjoy using Fitli. They are affordable, reliable, helpful and the program is useful for our small yoga studio. I trust them, the program, and recommend it to others without reservation.

Pros

Because we are a small yoga studio, we don't need all the bells and whistles that some of the 'main stream' products offer, nor can our budget afford them. Fitli meets our needs and our budget and their customer service is hands down some of the best I've ever experienced. They are knowledgable, responsive, helpful and available. I enjoy working with their team. The program is easy to use and reliable. When I first started using it, we were only using it for credit card processing and to build our membership database. Over time our studio has evolved, and we are now using it for attendance, class notes, teacher communication, class registration, credit card processing, and student communication. Honestly, I've never had a single problem with the program and highly recommend it to other studios.

Cons

Like all programs there are some limitations, but the team is responsive to client feedback and is always working on adding features that we've requested. Over time they have made some new features available that have been helpful. If I made a list of everything that it is missing that I would like to have for our studio, it would still be a short list.
