It would be really nice if they could develop an app and include an option to change the page color. That would make it easier to use and more enjoyable for users

Customer service is quick and it is user-friendly. Any issue i have the customer service reps respond and fix issues within less then 2 hours. Pretty impressive

It's an all in one for my studio needs. I am fully satisfied. It manages my calendar for classes and PT. The students love that they can freely open their phones and keep up with class and stay in the know of what's going o at their place of choice.

Pros

Fitli is a lifesaver with a big bang for your buck! It allowed freedom to do other things around the studio while clients were able to book and pay their monthly fees without a hassle. No police trolling here. Great app that does a lot for small businesses for the value of money. The cost is affordable. Scheduling is simple to book and follow while customer service is fast as lightening. Awesome app for studios and small gyms.

Cons

I wish this app was designed for androids also. It works great with apple products. Clients should be able to sign up with their phones also and not just the pc

Overall my experience was a 6/10.

Pros

Clients could pay for sessions and receive reminders without my involvement. This freed up a lot of time for me as a business owner. Reports easy to generate. Customer service was always helpful.

Cons

Rescheduling appointments was cumbersome for me as admin. Users complained of not being able to easily register for classes or workshops.

We would have gladly tried to help make some integration suggestions or improvements given the chance. It's especially disappointing that we did not get a chance to make things better for you and your clients as this feedback runs counter to what we typically hear. In fact, most of the feedback we receive is about clients who find it very easy and convenient to book classes, appointments, or workshops using the mobile app or website portal. Of course, I know we are not even close to perfect and have lots of improvement potential. One way or another, we failed you. For that, I am sorry. The price has gone up since I first signed up but that is typical for most companies so I can't complain too much.

I've been using Fitli for 7 years. It's grown a lot since I started using the platform and they have made many improvements. The customer service is quick and efficient which as a business owner is much appreciated.

Pros

Fitli is easy to use and affordable. The scheduling and appointment management is also efficient and easy to navigate.

Cons

Not having a "cart" when checking a client out for purchases. You have to run each purchase separately.

I have been using fitli for many years now and appreciate how they ask users what they want to see be added or updated to their programs and they add new options every year to improve the functionality for multiple business models.

Pros

Very quick response time to questions. They are always adding more features to improve user functions. Easy to process credit card payments. Easy for clients to create accounts and sign up

Cons

That you can only charge for 1 purchase at a time. If you could add multiple packages for customers, that would be helpful

when I post a question for help in the chat I get an immediate response. If they are offline the next day there is a response. The reports are great for taxes and session usage for customers.

Pros

Their customer service is exceptional. I have used other schediling apps and felt like just a number because I was a small studio. The ease of setup and use. My clients find it very easy to book and pay online. They are always making upgrades and they take customer input.

Cons

This would be a third party api. It would nice if my reviews could be seen on google.

Pros

The customer service is absolutely unmatched. Any questions I had when launching my business were answered almost immediately via email. \[sensitive content hidden\] is absolutely phenomenal with communication and explaining it away that’s easy to understand I could not say enough great things about the Fitli team!

Cons

I have no complaints it’s wonderful! I had a pretty big lunch for my Pilates studio, causing the app to crash for a little bit and the team was so quick to get everything figured out for me and make it as seamless as possible!

Fitli was a great resource and fills a need that many studios have with tracking, registration, attendance, and record keeping. It continues to improve as time goes on.

Pros

Fitli gives a cost effective way to manage classes and times and students that, once set up, puts a lot of the hard work to rest. The customer service is very quick to respond and is always polite and helpful.

Cons

I would like to have seen a record of what emails were sent to whom by date and be offered a test email. I don't want to have to send an email to myself everytime.

I enjoy using Fitli. They are affordable, reliable, helpful and the program is useful for our small yoga studio. I trust them, the program, and recommend it to others without reservation.

Pros

Because we are a small yoga studio, we don't need all the bells and whistles that some of the 'main stream' products offer, nor can our budget afford them. Fitli meets our needs and our budget and their customer service is hands down some of the best I've ever experienced. They are knowledgable, responsive, helpful and available. I enjoy working with their team. The program is easy to use and reliable. When I first started using it, we were only using it for credit card processing and to build our membership database. Over time our studio has evolved, and we are now using it for attendance, class notes, teacher communication, class registration, credit card processing, and student communication. Honestly, I've never had a single problem with the program and highly recommend it to other studios.

Cons

Like all programs there are some limitations, but the team is responsive to client feedback and is always working on adding features that we've requested. Over time they have made some new features available that have been helpful. If I made a list of everything that it is missing that I would like to have for our studio, it would still be a short list.

I loved working with \[sensitive content hidden\] as she often anticipated needs I hadn't thought of. her instructions during my learning curve were easy to understand and she was exceptionally patient. Because our yoga studio closed I will be sorry to end that relationship.

Pros

Several things attracted me to this service. It is Texas-based, I could communicated easily with the same person (establishing a personal connection is really rare these days), The price was perfect, and we didn't need any more whistles and bells (featured).

Cons

I couldn't issue refunds directly but the process was fairly easy - it was just an added extra step.

Pros

The price is fair and the software is fairly easy to learn and use.

Cons

The reports could be better. I would like to have a report that shows what the client paid for and each visit that was applied to the package. Also a report of all the client packages that are about to expire would be helpful.

Fantastic customer service. When I was trying to decide what to use for my payments and scheduling for my business - they spent time with me in any way I needed. With a demo, follow up questions, etc. Theyre always happy to help and never make you feel like you’re a bother.

Pros

This software helps me organize my business scheduling, packages for my clients, easy payment processes and the reporting and promotions features are easy and useful.

Cons

I can’t say there’s much I don’t like, honestly.

I have been using the fitli software to manage class attendance and payments at a small yoga studio for a few months now. I had previously used Mind Body-Online but became so disgusted with their lack of customer support and high fees that I jumped at the chance to use an alternative. Fitli has been easy to set up our weekly class schedule with multiple instructors and types of classes, has acted as a complete solution for our customer attendance tracking and payments, and has done so at a very very low cost. The only short-coming is the ability to handle our retail sales, but this is a small part of our business and I'm sure fitli will implement the feature as time goes on. The fitli technical staff has been very responsive to minor bug fixes and very transparent when rolling out patches and upgrades. If I have a specific problem, I can email them and set up a phone conference right away to get things resolved, that is a virtual impossibility with MBO. The phone app allows our clients to keep up to date in real time with our schedule as well as book into our classes and purchase packages before arriving to the studio. As fitli grows, the app will allow people who travel to find us more easily and see the reviews our current customers have left. Bottom line is that I recommend this software for anyone needing a full solution to manage clientele attendance and payments.

Pros

Full solution to create a class schedule for our studio, track customer attendance and accept payments - all of which is extremely easy to set up.

Cons

Does not offer a full solution for retail sales. When I click on a clients name, I would like to see their purchase history. Often times we have people that come in a few days after a package has expired and we want to see when exactly they made the initial purchase. There does not seem to be an efficient way to do this.

Outstanding. So user friendly, personable, kind, cooperative.

Pros

I appreciate this software especially when it's time to pay taxes and figure out how much income I earned. It is so easy. There aren't multiple layers of information, it is intuitive, and not far more than what I need.

Cons

I don't like all the recent notifications. I don't need to be reminded in advance of classes, or asked if I need help every time I login.
