Excellent! I have absolutely no complaints, honestly. Quite the opposite - just accolades. If you are a yoga studio or any kind of business that runs classes, sets up private appointments and sells merchandise, this is an excellent platform for your needs!

Pros

Fitli's customer service is the absolute BEST! They are always there and will never let you flouder! Though the learning curve was tough in the beginning, it was never impossible thanks to their support. I always felt like our accounts were secure, our customers had an easy time booking and I was easily able to manage the schedule.

Cons

We are a rowing organization and though the designers of fitli tried hard to tweak the software to fit our needs, there were so many things we could not do with the software that we needed so we had to employ other software apps to get all of our work done.

Fitli keeps my days organized, and it’s easy and fast to access. Customers quickly adjust to using fitli, and the class reminders are helpful.

Pros

Fitli is simple to use and most importantly, works with my small studio’s budget. I sat through many demos before choosing fitli. Fitli offers almost all of the bells & whistles of other scheduling programs at a fraction of the cost.

Cons

Last I knew the fitli app won’t work on Android, you may run into a student having trouble with the app and this is most likely the reason. My students with droids go directly through my website to book rather than using the app.

Pros

I "still" enjoy Fitli. It's been a tool for my business. We've started small giving the ability to scale without a massive CRM

Cons

Would like more marketing tools otherwise it's going well. I'd also like to be able to change pricing on packages without having to create new templates

Cons

Not as customizable as I’d like. (Would love to be able to set different booking/cancellation policies for different classes). Client app is a little lacking (especially their view of the session bank, it’s a little confusing)

Price was the most important factor. Many of the other brands were so much more expensive, they did offer more features but price was more important to me.

Pros

I love that clients can sign up, cancel, pay all on the site and without me!! I also love that I can send messages to the class.

Cons

I would love to be able to send a text message through Fitli to ALL of my clients/members

I've had nothing but incredible experiences with all fitli staff. Whenever a little issue comes up, fitli team is on top of it and I appreciate that. I also love how the company focus' on customer service for the business. I love the platform.

Pros

I love how easy it is to navigate the software and how clean it looks and feels.

Cons

I do wish it could be even a wee bit more customized to my business (even just being able to match the colors inside fitli to my company colors). I also wish there was a shopping cart option so I could sell more than one item at a time.

I any time I have had an issue it has always been user error; the support staff has always been quick, polite and thorough.

Pros

I have been in the fitness industry for ten years, over that time I have used many booking programs. Fitli is the best that I have used. It is an intuitive program, booking is super easy and unlike some other fitness booking apps, Fitli will automatically send links for my online classes.

Cons

Honestly, my major con is that there is not an android app yet.

We have been with Fitli since we opened Delta Yoga and Wellness. The team at Fitli has been by our sides as we struggled to setup our first classes, through the pandemic, and now as we offer yoga to our local community. The staff is always responsive, understanding, & professional. The software is adaptable, easy to setup and end-user friendly.

Pros

The Software is easy to setup and easy for the end-user. We love the report functions! We love being able to customize the calendar!

Cons

Honestly - nothing. The product works for us!

Fitli's customer service is very responsive and willing to find walk-arounds for software solutions that are not available yet. The software is great for my small business needs, and I never get any complains from my clients about Fitli. Fitli is easy to use, and improving their feature all the time.

Pros

I love the cost effectiveness for my small business. I am a one person business and I can afford this product to help organize my customers, and book clients.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like it takes many steps to complete simole tasks. Ie, to book a class or for me, as an administrator, to enter people into the client database or to class sessions.

Fitli was a great resource and fills a need that many studios have with tracking, registration, attendance, and record keeping. It continues to improve as time goes on.

Pros

Fitli gives a cost effective way to manage classes and times and students that, once set up, puts a lot of the hard work to rest. The customer service is very quick to respond and is always polite and helpful.

Cons

I would like to have seen a record of what emails were sent to whom by date and be offered a test email. I don't want to have to send an email to myself everytime.

Having been in business for nearly 12 years, I've used SO many different apps and softwares and generally received more frustration than benefit, especially for the money I was spending. Additionally, if I wanted an app, there was usually an even heftier up charge, as most scheduling softwares are designed for large scale gyms and fitness centers, or single use massage therapists. Since I do both massage and personal training, I needed an app that could effectively accommodate both lines of business without breaking the bank. Fitli fit that perfectly! Their ease of scheduling, adding different lines of business, incorporating packages across those lines of business, setting up classes for drop ins and waiting lists has helped my business grow. Because we all know, if the client is inconvenienced, we pay the price, our software doesn't. And I firmly believe Fitli gets that with their product and business model! Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone!

Pros

Ease of scheduling multiple clients. Ability to incorporate packages & sharing them among families. Timely notifications and reminders for both myself and my clients. Quick turnaround on receiving payments through the app. Extremely responsive and helpful customer service!

Cons

It's a newer system, so some features aren't available yet. There's an iPhone app, but not an Android app yet

Even when I was running our gym with over 10 trainers and massage therapists, Mindbody was a hassle. I was spending hundreds of dollars a month for options we never used, and still didn't have all the options we needed. We weren't a huge commercial gym and that's what Mindbody was designed for. And they made a point to remind us of that whenever we had issues.

Customer service is key with a close second as being an affordable product. The Fitli team is quick to respond with clear and concise resolutions or assistance any time we need it. We are a small studio in a small town, but the app and website give us big city appeal (very polished and professional)!

Pros

Outstanding customer service!! We are a niche studio and they work perfect in product and cost allowing us to seamlessly serve our customers. Our participants have commented many times on the ease of just “book it”. Class leaders can see their rosters with a click of a button while participants can track their schedules with the flexibility of the app or the website!

Cons

We wish there was full functionality across Android products.

All in all a great small business to work with my small business.

Pros

Fitli’s customer service is 100%! My clients are able to book themselves with ease either through the web or app. I system is a breeze to work with on my end and when I have questions Fitli is always available to assist.

Cons

There are a few things I would love to see added to their software: An option to charge a client for a late cancel automatically, but also take them out of the class to provide the spot for a waiting client; to have a “shopping cart” when ringing up multiple items for a client; to be able to rearrange my services and not have to have them alphabetical.

I enjoy using Fitli. They are affordable, reliable, helpful and the program is useful for our small yoga studio. I trust them, the program, and recommend it to others without reservation.

Pros

Because we are a small yoga studio, we don't need all the bells and whistles that some of the 'main stream' products offer, nor can our budget afford them. Fitli meets our needs and our budget and their customer service is hands down some of the best I've ever experienced. They are knowledgable, responsive, helpful and available. I enjoy working with their team. The program is easy to use and reliable. When I first started using it, we were only using it for credit card processing and to build our membership database. Over time our studio has evolved, and we are now using it for attendance, class notes, teacher communication, class registration, credit card processing, and student communication. Honestly, I've never had a single problem with the program and highly recommend it to other studios.

Cons

Like all programs there are some limitations, but the team is responsive to client feedback and is always working on adding features that we've requested. Over time they have made some new features available that have been helpful. If I made a list of everything that it is missing that I would like to have for our studio, it would still be a short list.
