I love the fact that are continuously improving the system, but not pushing updates and fixes out daily. The updates are announced and predictable. It makes preparing our staff easier for transitions. Pros Contract Insights helps us track thousands of contracts over many years in a central system. The automated workflows eliminate most previously manual administrative tasks. The customizable ad hoc reports are easy to configure, sort, and download. The audit trail makes sure we compliance with state contracting requirements. Cobblestone is quick to integrate customer suggestions in updates and the product keeps getting better. Cons For whatever reason, the web-based application is sometimes slow to respond to inputs and to update. That is the number one complaint I hear across the organization.
