Pros

I like that SiteGlue offers customizable conversation flow and is easy to implement. The customer service is outstanding and I feel like SiteGlue is our partner and not just another vendor.

Excellent.

Pros

We use SiteGlue as a customer service chat bot on our website. People can ask questions and contact us for an appointment. We really enjoy “Lisa” on our site. The features are great for the price and the customer service is attentive and responsive.

Cons

Would like more seem less integrations with other CRM platforms.
