Pros: I like the app design of the calendar and the notifications on my mobile phone. It's much more easier to communicate any info related to the schedule, like absences or shift modification requests. A must-have for physicians with complex schedules. The features got the what it takes to address complexity.

Cons: I can't thing of anything, it does what it needs to do. Maybe too many features I don't need to use.

Overall: Saves a lot of time for me and my team during the planning. Real-time calendars eliminates risks of communication errors that used to happen before.

Comments: The out of the box solution for this software continues to disappoint. It works well enough to find out who in your division is on call. Also, the trading of shifts or calls using the marketplace works well enough. However, for a clinician on call, trying to find out who is on call in the hospital in other divisions or departments through a smartphone application is impossible without costly upgrades. Moreover, the computer dashboard for finding hospital-wide call rosters is not intuitive and requires the navigation of two screens and two tabs.
I would urge any IT professional in charge of this purchase to have a clear understanding of functionality at each price point. I would suggest pilot testing and a trial period before committing to a long term commitment with this software vendor.

Comments: PROS: intuitive, easy to navigate, useful bonuses like email notifications to group members automatically built in. Designers seem to have anticipated all of the tasks that would previously have been done manually by MD or admin assist (this is not usually the case with software replacing human functions)
Excellent telephone support: personable, no long wait or complicated menu selection, bilingual
CONS: has many additional features I don't use (may be useful to others). Have learned to ignore these. Not a problem at present, only a minor criticism but designers should exercise caution if adding more features in future so as not to compromise ease of use by complexity.
