Overall, it gives you a nice UI to work with and once you're able to figure out how to set up your employee's schedule successfully, it provides you with nice visuals so you can appreciate if you're truly scheduling properly. Customer Support wasn't very helpful, we had to figure much for our own, yet, to be fair, we starting using this app when it was in it's early release.
