"Very Bad Support and Billing"

**Overall:** Very bad support, no email on the charges, poor billing. The subscription already charged although cancelled.

**Pros:** Easy to plot the graph when you have the spreadsheet data, other features are available in all tools

**Cons:** \- Very poor support - No email communication regarding invoicing BEFORE they charge - No email upon cancellation - Misuse of the stored Credit Card

"Very bad customer service"

**Pros:** We liked the data visualisation tools, but then we found a much better option, Datawrapper.

**Cons:** The problem is that they do not care at all about you as a client, how satisfied you are or anything. We just forgot about canceling the subscription, so they charged us again, and although I know that was legal on their part, they didn't even care to see that we don't use their product.
