Seamless to share applicants between 2 different departments or hiring managers. It really help us to make sure the applicants are getting to the correct hiring manager or make sure the applicants are interviewing for the department that fits them best. Pros I like having all of the applications in one place and that we can be paperless. Cons Sometimes it can take a bit longer to configure questions but it's really not a bad thing. I can say that the money works for all 110% Pros Publication on almost every bulletin board, especially on such large ones as indeed, linkedin and many others. A huge plus is that there is a trial period for which you can try and understand whether this service is suitable for you or not. Convenient videos to help with the platform. Cons Very slow support, after treatment you have to wait several days. Calls at night, apparently the difference in time zones. Some slowness in the publication of the vacancy. Pros I like that the product has many innovative features and has different packages with different price points. I also like that they have many articles with info for help. Cons The customer rep that was assigned to my account is in India and this presents some communication/timeliness problems. Also, I still haven't figured out how to have a candidate complete an application with the product instead of just sending a resume. Pros We are a small business, but needed an intelligent software to help manage the inflow of candidates. We find Jobsoid is able to adapt to any size of organization, and is easy to use with minimal training. We researched a lot of others, and tried trials which just ended up being deleted as they were too cumbersome, or there were limitations.
