Appli hyper fonctionnelle, facile à utiliser, qui donne rapidement de bons résultats. Le page builder est très intuitif, avec une gestion de blocs très simple et offrant néanmoins des capacités de personnalisation étendues. Nous l'utilisons pour une dizaine de pays différents, dans plusieurs langues, et l'appli ne fait jamais défaut. Les mises à jour sont régulières, les infos sur les dernières nouveautés assez fréquentes. Enfin, on sent que c'est une bonne équipe, motivée, et fait rare dans la tech : on n'a pas des interlocuteurs qui changent tous les 3 mois. C'est donc une entreprise qui doit savoir fédérer et motiver ses troupes. J'ajoute que c'est la seule app que j'utilise en continu depuis 4 ans sans avoir eu un seul moment envie de chercher une alternative. Et ça c'est encore plus rare.

Pros

L'offre est intéressante car elle permet de gérer des landing pages, des pop-ups, du marketing automation et plus encore. La gestion des medias est aussi assez simple. C'est largement assez pour mon besoin. Le prix reste abordable avec un éventail fonctionnel assez complet pour une PME désirant prospecter à l'international dans une limite de 5000 contacts. La décomposition en 4 offres tarifaires est aussi pertinente, pour coller aux besoins de tous. Le support client est très sympathique, très réactif. J'ai apprécié noatmment la possibilité d'avoir des RV plus conséquents pour des questions techniques, en visio. Le tarif n'évolue pas aussi chaque année, contrairement à la plupart des web apps. C'est un atout pour fidéliser les clients.

Cons

La gestion des medias pourrait être plus intuitive et moins limitante sur les tailels de fichiers (12 Mo) mais c'est un inconvénient mineur.

Une application qui fait très bien ce qu'on lui demande, très simple à personnaliser et paramétrer, un support rapide et très compétent, à un prix contenu. L'atout idéal de ceux qui n'ont pas de temps à perdre avec des usines à gaz pour aller chercher des leads marketing et commerciaux.

Pros

It's really easy to use and set-up and most importantly automations and workflows JUST WORK. We've been using Leadfox for almost a year now and we are really happy. It helped us automate our marketing and sales emails smoothly.

Cons

As any good tool, there's always room for improvement, but the framework is strong and user-friendly. Support is always useful!

This tool is completely incredible ! I was looking for this kind of tool all my life in one apps it replace me at least 3 tools, landing generator, marketing automation and a CRM. All in one ! It just amazing !

I've only personally used LeadFox for about 3 months, since I've handed off this responsibility to my team. But, in the time that I've used Leadfox, I was quite impressed with their level of support. Much time was dedicated to helping us strategize better lead-capture practices. Most ESPs are self-service and LeadFox allows you to jump onto the platform with your experience guiding you alone. Since we're savvier than most clients, we were able to navigate on our own, but we were able to get clear and concise directions from support in regards to their workflows (which we used to segment our lists). Their drag and drop builder is very simple, easy to use. Uploading contacts is easy-- no hassle there. You can also make custom fields easily without much trouble. The system moves rather smoothly. Lots of small business ESPs have bells and whistles in place that slow down the processing speed, but LeadFox avoids such extraneous details and sticks to function. I believe we will be a long-time user of this product.

They lack a simply WYSIWYG HTML editor. Or I might have missed it?
