We hardly require a customer support but whenever we do, it has been less than stellar. Should be improved upon. Pros \- Extremely easy to integrate in any email. - Provides tons of templates and customization ability. - They come up with new themes often which help keep your signatures fresh and living. This is perfect for me because I have multiple businesses and with this tool, I can create specific templates for each of them. So, when I onboard a new employee, it's extremely easy to provide them with their own company signature. And it's powerful too because you can provide links and banners and track clicks, etc. Love it Cons I don't have any so far. Why not run ads?" November 27, 2018 4.0 Everybody in the team now has a signature banner than I update each time we have a new offer or something, and nobody has to mess round with editing anything. All signatures have the same format, installation is super easy, and updates are painless. Pros The banner management and analytics is really what makes Newoldstamp useful. Change a banner and it'll instantly update all your colleague's signature without bothering them, now that's very cool ! By having a great picture of me holding a pair of beautiful twin babies, it shows a snapshot of what families can expect when working with me. The signature was easy to create, with multiple templates. I was able to go from meh to hell yes, with a few clicks and keystrokes. Pros I love how easy to use NOS is. I was able to quickly make a beautiful signature that is a great reflection of who I am, and what I want families to see when they're thinking about working with me. Cons It's a web based platform. I am such a millennial, with my smart phone and all of my apps. It would be great to be able to pull up an app so that I can make other signatures while out and about. Review Source AS Alison S. Cons Unlike WiseStamp, I wish the email signature would automatically populate at the end of my messages opposed to the very bottom of the email thread itself.. Pros NOS is a solid tool -- offers centralized ability to create consistency across a sales team or organization. It has a few bugs, which could be user error (that's me), but the team is responsive to feedback and implements improvements. Cons Nothing so far. There really are very few drawbacks. Great product. Pros NewOldStamp is a very powerful and affordable option for creating marketing material and email signatures designed to capture leads through social networking engagement. I honestly have never seen more professional and useful email signatures in my career, and that's not an overstatement. Link to your app? no problem. Link to your blog? no problem? link to a legal doc? no problem. It really is quite phenomenal. Cons Sometimes the User sub accounts and the master account differentiation is not robust enough. It's easy to delete the master thinking that it isn't a big deal, then you lose all your work. I am not sure why they don't have the basic data stored in a profile, so that doesn't happen. Boosts brand. Not expensive. What's not to like? Cons I held off on using NEWOLDSTAMP too long. The on-boarding is good, but for busy, busy folks like me ... it could have been a little pushier (then I would complain about that).
