Control over employee footers. Pros It has allowed our entire company to standardize our email footers for a consistency of experience with our customers and branding, as well as allowed us to include social media links and intro videos with ease. Also, they did not have a button for Houzz profile links, a critical business profile page for us on a huge online platform for interior design. November 28, 2017 5.0 I have recommended it to many clients and everyone agrees, it is the simplest way to keep consistent email signatures for their mail users, regardless their choice of devices. Pros The fact that I can use the Gmail iOS app to compose new messages and still rely on NEWOLDSTAMP to include a professional and consistent email signature for me (on the road) is the best feature. Would say it's really user friendly aside from being useful. Pros Email signatures is very important. It is where a reader can capture visual interest to the receiving person. The more formal your email signature is the more it looks very real. This sofware helps a lot in creating a professional email signature. It meant that those of us with business emails couldn't have a pretty signature. I was thrilled when I found NewOldStamp. Not only does it look professional, but my team emails are also branded with my logo, color, and social media information in the perfect size format. Pros I LOVE the professional look of my signature. It was easy to set up although I needed a little guidance and support was right on it. I like that my team can have a signature too. I haven't tried the banners yet, but I know they'll be an asset to my business. Previously I had links under my name and now I can have social media images that are branded with my business colors. But since they can’t, it would be helpful if there was an error message that came up when the signature won’t create. Pros What I like most about it is ease of use. It is straightforward to adjust and to correct. I like the consistency of having a standard e-signature and this software gives that to me. Cons I wish it offered more variety of signature styles. The styles offered are a little too simplistic and not particularly elegant. I bought the 15 signature package because we are small enough that we are covered for years with that many. When we have asked questions of support they responded quickly. The answer was also complete, it explained why things worked that way. It seems they are making changes on a regular basis also. It doesn't seem that WiseStamp has made any significant changes since we started using it years ago. Certainly not to the user interface. So far we are very happy with the change. Pros It is very easy to set up Banners and CTA buttons. Getting a signature I really liked took a couple of minutes. Cons When I want to do more advanced stuff with it I had to fumble around a bit. There aren't options to do some of the things we were doing in WiseStamp simply because it works differently. Prior to using NEWOLDSTAMP my signature would display incorrectly depending on the browser and email. Now it just looks great. Cons Overall I have liked most aspects of NEWOLDSTAMP. When I was searching for a service like this I was also attracted to it adaptability across different email services. As some of our team prefer different mail methods. Cons When it comes to specific design controls like line spacing, it can't really do it. Also unable to mix and match font styles in certain fields. When I look at my new signature compared to my old signature I'm very happy and I got a good price for the software so that was no problem either. I would recommend this product to a friend. Pros I love how my signature looks, especially the call to action. everything is lined up very well and it looks beautiful and crisp and professional and way better than what I was able to achieve using a free online HTML tool. Cons There's a limited number of templates and CTA banners. I still got what I needed but would have liked more options and more granular control over each individual template. The onboarding process was simple and the in no time i created my first custom signature. I was so satisfied with the process that I purchased one for my wife. Cons I cannot personalize banner easily. I have my educational designations and achievements I would like to add to my signature, with logos, but at this moment it is not available.
