Comments: iLobby from AppGear is a cloud-based visitor registration management solution designed to help businesses with a visitor-stream monitor daily visitors to their facility and create a safe working environment. The software is targeted at businesses in the manufacturing, education and government sectors and helps to automat iLobby enables the printing of custom badges and QR codes for all visitors, which can be re-used for subsequent visits, helping to save time. The software also lets hosts generate pre-registrations that can automatically be sent to visitors with all the necessary location and meeting details. The application can send automatic visitor notifications to the host via SMS, email or voice message as soon as their guests check-in at the reception. Other functionalities offered by the tool include visitor image capture and storage, and on-premise time tracking. The product stores all visitor data, which can be sent to the various stakeholders for compliance and auditing purposes. iLobby also enables businesses to inspect, accept and record every package received or dispatched from the facility as well as assists in emergency evacuations by sending notifications to all employees to let them know when an evacuation - drill or otherwise - must happen. e various front desk activities such as visitor notifications, visitor image capture and daily report generation.

Pros: ¿ iLobby helps organizations to automate their front desk visitor check-in processes and improve overall efficiency and security. ¿ The solution offers a multilingual interface that allows visitors and guests to register their entries, view visitor instructions and sign digital documents in the language of their choice. ¿ With a custom user interface and mobile friendly design, users can access iLobby on various devices regardless of their screen size or platform. ¿ Facility administrators and managers can share digital questionnaires, NDAs, emergency evacuation plans and other legal documents with their visitors before providing them access to the facility. ¿ With iLobby, users can generate ad-hoc and periodic reports with customizable data points to comply with various business standards and record key visitation details.

Pros: Flexibility and willingness to customize the system to our needs. Support for large screens.

Cons: The self help setup is not as easy as some of the other products we tried but its overcome by fast responses to all of our requests.

Overall: iLobby team was great at helping us setup the product and customize it to our needs. We love the fact that it runs on a 23" screen (the only system that found to have a large screen option).

Recommendations to other buyers: If you need a simple replacement for a paper log book, there are many other products that do the trick. If you need something customized, this is the best solution by a mile.

Pros: Simple implementation.

Pros: good value, easy user interface, top notch customer service, easily customized

Overall: I clean user interface, packed with features. Very friendly customer support. Staff is friendly and am pleased with ease of use.
