August 24, 2016 5.0 iLobby team was great at helping us setup the product and customize it to our needs. We love the fact that it runs on a 23" screen (the only system that found to have a large screen option). Pros Flexibility and willingness to customize the system to our needs. We love the ability to track down employees/hosts in a large facility without having to call, page, etc. ourselves. The support is second to none. We get replies within minutes and always same day solutions. Our requests to customize content have been met quickly. Pros Love the support! They help us customize as we run into things we need to tweak. Cons The arrows in the top corner need to be bigger or of a greater contrast. The simple interface and management of the application has made our transition to a visitor management system simple. Cons We would like the ability to further customize the screens for branding purposes; this would include the use of the color templates, integration of new logos, and watermarks. It is very efficient, reliable and employees are amazed at how easy it is to use personally and for their guests. Our delivery services (Staples, USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc) are very happy we implemented this as they no longer need to try several people before accessing the building. Pros The fact that visitors can contact their host directly with ease and efficiency. Cons We have not had any issues yet except the printer will sometimes fall off the network and not work. Pros I loved how easy it was to implement. From start to finish was an amazingly simple process and the software was easy to use. Pros The software is very user friends. With a 500+ person location, we have rolled this out with minimal complaints or questions. We even had a member from our security vendor ask about it, as he was impressed with its looks and easy use. We are able to get real time statistics about the number of visitors on a given date. This information is essential for security purposes. Pros Signing in of visitor goes really fast and efficient. Cons For some reason we get notices that a visitor did not visit a particular person. Not sure what happens in this instance. Cons There are a few hard-coded features that we did not need and a few we wanted to change that was not able to be changed. Customers seem to be able to figure it out and it does what we need. Pros Ease of use. After initial setup this thing just works. Support is great and quick to respond. Also, the badge printing is very cool feature with guests pictures on it. Cons There are no real cons I can think of when it comes to iLobby. I look forward to additional features in the future.
