We moved to iLobby from a physical sign in sheet. This option allows us to maintain client confidentiality, while appearing much more professional. Great system! It lets expecting parties know when guests and visitors have arrived, records the arrival, and prints a name tag all in a quick and quiet fashion. The only downtime we have encountered over the past two years was once or twice when the kiosk needed to be restarted and when the printer needs paper. Pros Simple and straightforward admin and user interface. Runs quietly in the background and I only hear about it when we have to replace the paper. April 9, 2019 5.0 Pros I love that you can have a sms sent to your phone when someone is checked in. It is very easy to setup and use. I would definitely recommend this product. The web portal is also very easy to use and provides a nice overview of our daily visitors. Cons So far, we have not found any real cons to the system. It does what we need it to do. As a school, we are constantly focusing on safety and this program offers that. Our school campus is vast and there are many locations where someone could go, that knowing exactly who is in the building is important. Cons I wish this program was a lot cheaper. There are so many features that we wouldn't need that it's hard to justify the amount of money, per month. I'm not saying that I'm putting a price on safety, but a price on features. Cons Not flexible to upload documents and set their order Not tracking progress, e.g. How far you watched the video? It will restart if you came back. Stay tuned... :) Pros I'm only in a free trial, but already it seems the entire team at iLobby has been mobilized to assist me with minor tweaks or questions. They're so quick and easy to address my specific needs, without making me jump through all kinds of support requests or random website portals. Everyone loves it and it is nearly maintenance free. Pros The application is easy to setup and configure. The support team was great in helping us setup the system for the first time. Cons I wish that we had full control of all the customization options. Like an advanced features page or something.
