### "iLobby makes visitors feel at home"

Pros

My team implemented iLobby as a way for visitors to be accounted for and organized. It was effective in doing so!

Cons

There were two minor glitches that came about in the main interface, but the customer service was quick to fix our problem.

The user is too constraint to the given options and has to stick to the software script.

Pros

The notification system that contacts the hosts in more than one way.

Cons

The paper badges do not stick, but that's not a software issue.

I'm not a big fan of the animation when selecting from the settings. Would prefer it to just open

\- easy communication with the point of contact, e.g. when a visitor is looking for someone, it notifies the employee - evacuation feature

Cons

\- Only being able to upload a pdf or excel format - The quizzes aren't interactive.
