Working with TAMI has been a journey and I can say they've made it worth sticking around! It has been great seeing the program grow and everything that's been added. We've felt like we've been a part of it with our feedback being heard and are grateful for them working with us. Those of us on the team that use TAMI talk about it all the time and how much we appreciate their services and features!

Pros

This program feels like a living breathing beast that feeds off of LinkedIn. With the chrome widget we're able to open it on business and prospect profiles, and if it isn't already in their database, it starts to download it to add it in. Within the site itself we're able to create large and dynamic search queries of what we're looking for. Just in the last year they've added so many handy features, and are always ready for feedback!

Cons

This was more so regarding how TAMI was about a year ago, but there were still a lot of features that their competitors had that weren't available yet. Now that the ball is rolling and things are getting updated constantly it's been much better! With all these updates happening there have also been bugs and knots to work out, so we've made sure to always keep screenshots and logs of anything that happens that might need looking at. Again though, Eughan our CSM always makes sure to listen and get things looked at promptly to fix any problems!

Lead identification for outbound lead generation --> positive experience so far as the filter options are quite detailed for the e-commerce industry and the bounce rate is close to what has been advertised.

Pros

Favorable bounce rate, easy to introduce to team, customer service has a viable solution in the majority of cases or goes out of their way to improve a negative experience

Cons

While generally easy to understand the concept there are many exceptions and workarounds that require support und explaining from customer service, Company names in exports are often times too detailed and extensive and therefore not appropriate for mailings that are supposed to sound personalized

So far, fantastic, 6 months in and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. My job is much easier with TAMI, and allows for conversation to flow more fluidly through use of the information available.

Sometimes info is outdated or incorrect due to people having incorrect info on their LinkedIn - this obviously isn't TAMI's fault but is a an unfortunate occurrence due to the nature of this type of data.

The search part is really good in Tami. You can filter and find new leads real easy. The user experience of the tooling is next tot that really clear. For example it's easy to find which technologies and partner they useReview collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cons

The turnover statics are not always correct, so I would recommened to also look at other statics when you qualify your lead. I can not always find the right contact person I want to reach out to, so I would also recommoned to check LinkedIn to dubble check this.

I am very happy with the quality of information and leads and so are my colleagues. I have asked for more funding to buy more licenses this year. Highly recommended.

Pros

Saleoptimize is the best source I have seen so far for quality leads. The list of contacts goes beyond board members and include roles like ecommerce, payments and technology execs/directors who are more relevant to us to talk to. We love the fact that emails are confirmed all the way to the inbox and updated regularly; we struggled for years to get up-to-date contact details from other providers. Integration and ability to export leads directly to Salesforce is a great feature and allow us to measure RoI because we can track the progress all the way through. Some of the data on the platform is hard to find elsewhere. This include estimated online sales and payment information. The customer service is excellent, and the owners are extremely friendly and professional. They are constantly making sure that we are getting the most out of the platform. They know our business well, listen to our requirements and act on feedback. Training is offered as and when we need it and our queries are dealt with swiftly.

Cons

Ability to export lists of companies with a set of filters to do further analysis. Coverage in some regions, like LatAm and APSC, is lacking but I have no doubt this will improve with time as the platform is constantly expanding.

TAMI gives us access to many potential leads that fit our ICP. The rich lead data allows us to target effectively. These lead lists would be difficult to replicate manually.

Pros

TAMI give us access to rich customer data, verified and reliable, to maximise the chance of successfully reaching our target customers. Our teams like the prebuilt integrations with major CRM platforms and the excellent support we receive from the TAMI team.

Cons

We don't have many issues with TAMI at this stage. Certain UX areas could be a little more user-friendly, but these don't impact the value we get from the platform.

I appreciate the ease of qualifying a prospect, bringing up the payment methods they use, their payment providers, website technology, estimated online revenue, and the age of the website. This information is invaluable when prospecting. Also having access to up-to-date contact information with verified emails is also a great plus.

Cons

Sometimes payment providers, payment methods, and contact information are just not available. Sometimes emails are unverified and they bounce back. I understand that it is difficult to keep such a database up to date all at once. Their customer support is exemplary.

I appreciate the abundancy and wide range of filters available to search with, as this allows you to create super specific searches or search more generally, depending on what you're looking for. I use SalesOptimize daily, so I appreciate the large amount of data and information it has.

We've noticed occasionally there are overlaps and duplicates in the purchased leads between my colleagues and myself.

With Salesoptimize it was really fast and easy to create a comprehensive list of TAM accounts based on our specific requirements (business location, revenue, industry, etc.). I wish every tool would have such great customer support -> \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was super fast in replying to our emails, he was also super kind and always ready to help us with our specific requests.

\- User Interface -> it's really easy to use the tool - Great variety of available filters (Locations, Revenue, Industry, Website/Marketing Technologies, Keywords, Hosting Providers, etc.) - Fast Search Engine - Customer Support

Cons

While I was enriching our data via Salesoptimize and uploading the list of companies to the tool, there is 500 maximum limit of the records which can be uploaded at once. I wish there was a slightly bigger limit, so I could upload our whole database faster.
