Pros

I love the easy and intuitive way of the filter system that also really contains the relevant features for my job. It contains features like business location and size, if it has a webshop and even the technologies behind it. Therefor, it really makes lead generation easier in my daily work and I can concentrate me on reaching out to relevant prospects.

Cons

I don't have anything yet, that I'm missing. Maybe the direct integration for our sales force but that is on our side to do it, so hopefully it will be even easier with the lead generation soon when it is connected directly with our CRM system.

I have found that lead generation has become a much shorter process after using TAMI, instead of using up a full day it can be done in less than an hour and the leads are much more tailored to my needs.

Pros

The software is excellent, ease of use is almost perfect but the thing I like the most is the support from the customer care team (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) Every time I have had a question/query \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been there almost instantly to assist.

Cons

If I had to pick something I dislike about the software it would be that sometimes the contact details for leads can be outdated and/or incorrect. This is literally the only thing I could pick to have an issue with but with the wide range of leads available this isn't too much of a problem.

Sales Optimize enabled our team to access contact information such as emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and much much more to assist us in our outbound sales and marketing efforts and download them into a clear and concise excel file for use in email campaigns and cold calling campaigns. It saved our team hours upon hours of searching for correct email formats and suitable companies for the verticals we want to target. An incredibly useful and helpful software and couldn't recommend it anymore! What's better is that it is still in its infancy so I'm excited to see how this product will improve even more with time.

Pros

Sales Optimize was critical to our sales and marketing efforts for the last 6 months. It enabled us to establish accurate company sizes and contact information in order to pick outbound leads carefully coupled with second to none customer service \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]

Cons

The only fault I found with Sales Optimize was that of the fact that every so often an employee from a particular company may have just left and the email address I was provided with had been terminated. This was updated though extremely quickly generally so you could always be sure that 99% of the data was accurate on a weekly basis.

What I do like is that the customer services is 100% and they really work and help you through any issues with the software . My overall experience has been a good one and with the new function to be able to download the lead straight into Sales force has really helped me with saving time.

Pros

With my sales team we target allot of E-com customers and I like the fact we can search by Industry , competition and size of the business. We can target to see if they have an opportunity to ship just within the UK or International. We can also target by what E-com platform they are using which helps us to look at integrations with our software.

Cons

With using this tool everyday the contact and telephones numbers could be kept more up to date , sometimes the contact you are looking for does not work at the company.

Definitely one of the best tools for qualifying and identifying companies that aren't found in other databases. Excellent for cross-referencing with other tools.Strong tech information too.

Cons

The UX is a little outdated but this is a small factor.

Our inside sales team uses this tool on a daily basis. We find SalesOptimize to be key to our ability to reach out to ecommerce merchants quickly and efficiently. If we have any issues on concerns, our dedicated account representative is always very helpful and quick to reply.

Pros

Software is very easy to use, contains updated information and also includes links to LinkedIn to validate the information even further, on the fly.

Cons

Not all websites are included but 90%+ seem to be their database.

Cons

Some data are not up-to-date. Sometimes, you have to double-check with Linkedin or with another tool that allows you to find the good email.

I have used better software out there. Using TAMI as the sole lead generation is somewhat of a chore compared to others.

Pros

Gets basic company info and sometimes decent contacts

Cons

No way to filter by state or range (ei: 250 miles of X/zipcode/business etc). Also has very little useful filtering metrics for my purpose to understand eCommmerce companies and marketplaces with sales volume and channels.

The service we have received from Sales Optimize has been amazing, They are always available if there are any issues or any training needed. The prospects that we have exported from the platform have been of a good quality and have contibuted to the success of our internal sales team.

Pros

The integration with Sales Optimize ran extremely smoothly. The most important feature for SmartFreight is being able to search specific verticles.

Cons

Incorrect contacts can be a slight issue, However this is not a fault of Sales Optimize, this is due to information that has not been updated by the company or the individual.

The amount of contact data available is impressive and regularly updated. The customer service is impeccable - they are quick to respond to any issues and work diligently to resolve them. Lastly, the development team is constantly working to make improvements to the software.

Cons

The filtering capabilities could be improved and there is no sortation option available currently (i.e., you cannot sort a list of contacts by country).

Love the contacts feature - many contacts listed from high to low importance. As well as the search bar with multiple boxes to whittle down search such as estimated online sales is a game changer.

Cons

Not all merchants i search are on Tami. Especially the more niche verticals like crypto and forex. However i like the fact they say they will add them.

Quite happy with the integration - the team has been very responsive and worked very hard on the implementations for us

Easy to use and quite flexible to cater for any CRM systems you might use. It does allow integrations with Salesforce as well as Hubspot

Cons

Regular updates that would indicate the new values added to the database. This is something that would be more welcome as otherwise with existing implementations you run into a risk of not have your end of data up to date and not all values might pull across (especially when using pick lists etc)

I enjoyed the experience and will continue to use but I hope it can get more customised to find ecommerce stores that match what i'm looking for.

Pros

It's a tool that's very easy to use and work with. Big leadpool and many filters to apply which gives us many options to find the best leads.

Cons

Personally, I would like it to have a filter regarding Google Shopping and if the store has products listed there. There are also a lot of contacts that no longer belong to a specific company for many months and sometimes years.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We were told you can internally identify merchants using Google Shopping? All confirmed contact data has a small "c" beside the email or "r" for rejected. Please reach out and we can solve both of the above!
