This type of prospecting tool will be very critical post-COVID19 and SO was a great start to get involved in this new approach for our sales reps. SO has the willingness to improve their database, which helped get better search results immediately.

Pros

Easy to deploy, good support team, and ability to improve quickly based on our requests.

Cons

Lacked data in our industry to target sales for freight forwarding/shipping services.

My overall experience with the tool is absolutely positive. The team is always available to reply to your questions and help you with any problem. The tool is user-friendly and gets you access to important information about the leads you may want to convert.

Pros

The completeness of the information given, the variety of the filters you can apply according to the leads you're looking for, easy to use.

Cons

Applying some filters together can "compromise" the good result of the search - you have necessarily to remove some of them and keep the search broader.

The customer support provided was great and very knowledgeable.\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is very easy going and friendly and offered the team ongoing support, which was fab.

Pros

The filters were comprehensive and easy to use. It also enables us to track individuals and if they have left a company, which is always useful.

Cons

I struggled a bit at first with pulling data reports, however, I think this was more "user error".

Crating lists with the filters to work with.

Cons

Not all contacts were updated; there was no specific filter to the clients I have - Medical Devices (electronics, IVD) in some cases showed pharmacy products, wich are not my public.

Sales Optimize it's a helpful tool for the lead generation. Gives you the chance to find your target client and segment for a better sales activities with direct and clear information about every single lead.

Cons

At the beginning may be a bit difficult to understand and use it with the full potential.

Tami is very useful for sales professionals. It is a simple to use software that gives me an overview of the companies I want to contact and provides me with the contact information of the right professionals.

Cons

Many of the professionals they have in their database do not have contact information or they do have it, but it is not verified.

It's great that their consultants will walk through with you to teach you how to navigate around the platform. I use SalesOptimize mainly for my pre-sales work, and the information that I've been able to retrieve has been on point and really helpful.

Pros

Intuitive user interface that allows me to quickly achieve my objectives of using SalesOptimize.

Cons

Can't copy the words from the search result.

Pros

It is very easy to use and self-explanatory. Data is all in all good.

Cons

Lacking DACH data (not a lot available) and some of the DACH data that is available is lacking information like the proper email-address (instead it's info@ and sales@ for CTOs etc)
