I've had a real challenge tracking time off for our small business. Bindle provides a simple, accurate, and low-cost solution without any extra baggage pushed by many HR companies.

Pros

I like the simplicity, ease of use, accuracy, and limits on fluff. It does exactly what I and my employees need it to do and nothing more. The product is efficient and economical.

Cons

We've had a few minor issues with recurring billing. Nothing significant, just communication issues being located in different countries.

Hands down one of the easiest pieces of software in have used in this area. Whilst other providers who operate in this space have clunky unfriendly user interfaces, bindle jumps out for its simplicity and ease of use. I would definitely recommend

Pros

Bindle is extremely intuitive to use. It doesn't have too many features but if you're looking to simple track leave accruals and requests this gets the job done and is really affordable for small nonprofits.

Cons

I really don't have any cons to share. For the price, you get exactly what you need so I have no complaints.

its simplicity and easy to use on the web. The way you can see your leave balances. The approval process.

Cons

Would just like to see a better integration with other programs like outlook so you can sort all leave out on the 1 system.

Pros

What I appreciate the most is the value that you get in a great-working, simple, online time off management product that is cloud-based!

Cons

The UI is a little confusingly labeled. I have to try to remember which link to click, rather than the labels being more intuitive.

Pros

I think the best part of Bindle is how easy it is to use. I don't need it very often, but when I do it is simple!

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. I only use it when I need a sub- so don't need it much, but for what Inuse it for- it works well!

I find this software very easy to learn and understand for a first time user. It is a simple and easy way to cover all of the vacation tracking.

Cons

I have yet to experience any problems. We are currently in a testing phase and I primarily use it to request vacation days.
