Manager Automotive Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Good Payroll processing and attendance management software" March 22, 2022 4.0 The overall experience was good. Though we decided to go with other software which was linked to our ERP, personally I liked this software. This is very good solution for small and medium companies. Pros I was part of the team which was evaluating the software for inhouse processing of payroll. The best part of this system is online attendance, ease of linking the attendance to Biometric, Time sheet and employee master creation. Salary processing is also very easy since you can put the CTC and other fields and it will automatically calculates the taxes etc. The visuals are also good and you can also get reimbursement module by paying a small add on amount. Cons The software needs slight improvement to handle high data like SAP the real time excel input may be very helpful for copying or inputting additional data. If the UI is improved, would be a great tool Pros Greythr has all basic features required for an employee in it. It works reliably. Pricing and the tech support are good. Cons The design and UI can be better. The non-inuitiveness makes it a hassle for employees in submitting forms and requests easily. Overall good solution, easy to follow, self help docs and videos are superb. Pros Somebody from the professional network suggested to try this solution. Being a non HR/Finance person, I was not sure about its use but it is cool. Any small business can manage employee and salary info management and payment process with Greythr. Pros 1\. One stop location for all financial information like salary slip, reimbursements, tax, insurance etc. 2. Facebook kind of news feed makes it interesting 3. Can check tax estimation and a nice option of draft estimation is very good. Cons 1\. The UI looks clumsy and can be more user friendly; like introducing separate tab each for salary info, tax info, reimbursements, insurance etc. Right now, everything is under one dropdown. 2. Pros The best thing I liked about this software was its state of art Dashboards.The software also has time sheet mechanism and auto check in and check out methodology.In context of Indian companies, this also provides tax sheets, payslips and investment declaration options. Cons Nothing much to report to this section, May be travel claim settlement has some scope for improvment. In addition to that we also got extra features like reports, mobile app for employees etc. Pros greytHR is an all-in-one software which takes care of all the payroll related modules with statutory compliance as well. You don't have to go to other software for compliance report generation. It takes care of all the reports on a monthly basis. Also, the company calendar is fused with the portal so that we will know about the b'days/work anniversaries to wish them. Cons Instead of stand alone portal, if this application can be included with the company's HR portal as an additional tab, it would be nice. Cons Customer support is worst as we have to wait for 48 hours after generating a ticket. If I need immediate support and I called to customer care, they simply said you will receive a call.
