Overall I'd say GreytHR is a complete package to use total Human resource management & also useful & easy to access.

Pros

Recently we are using Employee Onboarding feature, Resignation features which are very useful & valuable. It's easy to maintain & keep all data.

Cons

Sometime we get ticket responses in delay.

As we are getting too many features which are required for us so we don't want to move to another products.

The IT issues of the employees are solved. The CTC breakup generation of a new employee is also a great help. We can cross verify the calculations .

Pros

The product is user friendly and less time consuming . Once inputs are updated many formats and letters are auto generated which saves time, manual interaction and errors. The software always updates the latest changes with respect to statutory which helps HR to upgrade themselves and learn the changes implemented.

Cons

When the ticket is raised sometimes it is not attended within 24 hours and frequently need to follow up.

A simple and most powerful tool for both HR & Employees. As a user, I like the futures like Payslip, Attendance and Leave management, Tax declaration, etc. The UI is simple and easy to navigate.

Overall very satisfied with the software. Very helpful in payroll processing, tax compliance, recruitment management and increment/appraisal management.

Pros

The expectation from payroll software is 1.should be easy to use in terms of payroll processing. It has great features on bulk upload, single upload at level of inputs.2. Reports should be relevant and no further customization required3. input processing time should less4.Industry/statutory updates to be taken care automatically5.attendance and payroll processing should be easily integrated6.Recruitment process7.good access control8.Easy access to support team9. Cost effectiveI find all these to be at best level in the GreytHR software.

### "Didn't had a good support from team"

I used ghreytHR as my friend suggested, So I went to a greytHR website and booked a call. when I was in call with two person they said that you don't need to pay anything for the product at this moment as it is for the trial period. So I agreed to move forward, then they told that you need to pay fees as you have used for month, for 1st month it is twice the amount, even though they lied in first place, agreed to send money, but there are certain issues that greytHR didn't fit to our system. So on the first month onward I said on call that I don't want to continue with services and they agreed (no body mentioned that I need to send mail or called me back). So from the first month onward we stopped using their services. But they still generated invoice for the second month and when I asked the reason he said you need to send email to cancel the subscription (So did I). but still I kept getting the invoice every month. People in the team were also rude. Nobody solved the issue, nobody hear clearly on call that I want to cancel neither anyone read my maill of cancelling the subscription. The person who said it is for free trail, refused to accept he said anything like that. With greytHR seems to be very unprofessional to me.

My experiance with greatHR is not great !

Their services is something I am not happy with!

We actively use Leave management, payroll, tax payments and this works well. We did want some flexibility in terms of the way Full and Final report is generated.

Employee data update was cumbersome. Raising a ticket has become harder with the chatbot
