Pros

Onboarding and Off-boarding process , its very easy and nice to use . and its all the other options also vey good, like Pin generation, Declaration window, POI , Leaves, attendance and payroll all are good.

Cons

Some times system will not work properly, especially end of the month in Payroll time and when we raised an issue some time Greyt HT Team will not respond .

their support system is the best one among other HRMS tool. usually our tickets will be resolved in one bussiness day. I have many scenarios that my tickets are solved within an hour also. next one is their training about HR and payroll . Its very useful training for all HR.

Cons

apart from payroll and HR management, if it has many own products that will be very benificial for users to go with.

\- Payroll processing - leave and attendance module

Cons

\- Customer support - Need 1 POC which is client specific in order to avoid wait time post you raise a ticket - No direct customer support number hence instant resolution is not possible

User Friendly Time Effective 5/5 for customer support

Cons

Employer EPF should get added in salary slap and break up should be in CTC. No option for PMS. Very difficult to raise a query after Bella, please remove it.

Not much support was given during implementation. No features like time sheet and inter company-wise options Must assign immediate support during payroll, experienced worst support.

GreytHR is really a great, useful, and reasonable software compare to other software.

Pros

GreytHR software is excellent and user-friendly for both admin & employees. Creating new employees and the employee onboarding process is easy. Apart from this educational videos of every function is uploaded on the same screen are very useful for admin login. Live training & knowledge sharing webinars are very useful to update HR & compliance from time to time.

Cons

Overall few implementations need to do in GreytHR: => performance appraisal => online PF/ESIC/gratuity form submissions with a digital signature in employee onboarding => mandate to upload employee photos and bank details (with attachment) while doing employee onboarding
