Some of the statutory compliance policies are automatically updated so it makes life easier for you. You even get your annual compliance forms within a matter of minutes. They have a good customer support team. Cons It is highly customizable so you would have to get most of the features activated via the customer support team. Sometimes there are features that could make your life easier but you don't know about it since it is not activated for you. Also, the GreytHR team is constantly looking at improving the software and giving the best experience to the users. GreytHR conducts some training sessions which also helps the HR team to think of improving the internal processes. Cons I think the reporting system can be improved. We can have some attrition reports, Employee demographic reports made available. We maintain separate XL sheets for reports and demographics, with all data uploaded in GreytHR, it must support reports for MIS.
