Apify gives $5 monthly free credits - that's generous, and is normally enough for work with cheap agents. Pros The true power of Apify is its compatibility with automation tools like n8n. When I found out it's possible to connect Apify agents to n8n workflows, it made me understand what to do, how to receice data in readable formats, and extract just what you need. There are tons fo agents to scrape anything. Cons Agents depend on their providers - it takes time to find which ones really work, and do the right job for you. Also, before I knew how to connect it to n8n, I had to receive ugly csv charts and adjust everything myself. Paired with automation solutions, it all works excellent now. Pros We are a franchise with a set area to which we can market. Apify has been fantastic in building a Go to market strategy in our specific area. We were able to create a polygon in which to search in order to get our very specific area. We are primarily using Google Maps scraper with an AI enhancement for LinkedIn and other social media and contact info. Cons Nothing, all worked well. Actually a really good combo. I have used claude code but with any llm should work. Pros The best thing is the connection via MCP (I use claude code for that) and the easiness to say a prompt, search between thousands of actors and to get you a good amount of leads. Has made me more money because I can integrate with other services and increase my reach Pros It's overall very useful, good for lead scraping, and google maps scraping. Also good for building knowledge base for ai agents. Cons There oculd be more moderation on the scrapers, lots of duplicates, lots that don't work.
