Rather than hiring a data engineer or maintaining my own scrapers, I run a proven Actor per city and get thousands of structured venues back in an afternoon. It has built verified catalogues for nine cities at a modest cost. Keep an eye on usage billing and vet each Actor, and it is an excellent tool. Pros The ready-made Actors are the standout. The Google Maps Actor pulled thousands of verified venues per run (some of mine returned over 5,000 places), with proxies and anti-blocking handled for me, so I never had to build or maintain a scraper.
