Pros: The best thing about Hoops is the engagement rate... it's off the charts. We couldn't find any other platform that could get anywhere near the user engagement that Hoops gets consistently.

Cons: There's not really anything to dislike... They've been super responsive to questions, and setup, love the features and ease of use. So nothing negative to report.

Recommendations to other buyers: This platform is positioned in the HR market, but we've also used it successfully for onboarding and training as well. With the way it's built, it's actually really flexible and the engagement rate makes it ideal for more than just hiring.

Pros: What's not to like? Makes the application process engaging, gives me a high-definition look at a candidate before ever submitting to a hiring manager. My clients love it, my candidates love it. I've been extremely satisfied.

Cons: I really can't think of something to complain about; if anything, I'd like to have a scheduling component

Recommendations to other buyers: For me, I wanted a product that was visually stunning, professionally designed, and built with the recruiter in mind. I want a product that can be customized and implemented quickly without disrupting my day-to-day. I couldn't believe how seamless the implementation was.
