"Great product for our fully remote company"

**Overall:** As a fully remote company with no physical office, Earth Class Mail has been a great solution for all of our mail receiving needs, especially for our human resource and accounting teams.

**Pros:** Earth Class Mail is a great solution for receiving mail with no physical offices and the ability to see scans, assign recipients, and receive physical mail (if needed) have been pros along the way.

**Cons:** The Earth Class Mail user interface can be a little confusing, and the notifications are not as customizable as we would like them to be.

"Bad for receiving checks"

**Overall:** Not good.

**Pros:** I do not like their services.

**Cons:** They take very long to process mail. This is bad for cashflow.
