Pros: When I purchase something (demo or otherwise) for possible consideration, I simply want it to work, even in demo mode. Went through the process of signing on and spent most of the evening trying to figure out how to upload a simple contact(s) list. No button to do that anywhere. I would like to purchase a sms marketing plan that allows me to upload an already established list and simply will not start from scratch. EXtexting, (not happy with them, but at least they allow you to upload a list. Bottom line, when I want something online I want it to work with ease and no headaches. My search continues fro a company that I can do business with

Pros: Pricing is quite good. The administrative back-end is intuitive, and the set-up steps are easy to follow. Good match for smaller businesses setting up this type of service for the first time.

Cons: Unable to export subscribers. The current workaround suggested by Textedly is to copy and paste out of the admin listing of subscribers. Not a good solution. Importing/exporting is a basic function with any database-driven service. Unpleasantly surprised that this function is absent. Importing a current subscriber list is a bit unusual. You send your Excel file via email with your keyword as the subject line. Would prefer to handle everything in the admin back-end. Also can't import subscriber join dates, even though that field does exist in the Textedly database. The Textedly suggested workaround is to put the join dates in a different field, such as the email field. Another area that needs attention. In short, I like Textedly for the pricing and general ease of use. But if your business has an existing subscriber base, and you're looking for a new vendor, beware of a few significant issues with importing/exporting. One can hope that Textedly takes note and promptly addresses these issues.

Overall: We're still trying to decide if there's enough value with this vendor to counter the issues with importing/exporting subscribers. We're currently with another SMS vendor that has more features (many that we don't use). We're looking for pricing in the range offered by Textedly, but the import/export functions are so basic and so critical to what we do.

Comments: Recommended!! if you are looking for an effective an on-time solution for you message marketing campaigns.

Pros: We are always on the move so we need something which can be easily accessible and flexible. Textedly suits best for instant messaging. It gives us feasibility to send a proper format message so that our customer/clients gets the whole knowledge in a single message, thanks to Textedly. Along with mass messaging, we can schedule it as well for later days. Apart from all other functionality, Textedly has a great customer support, which adds more value to customer experience.

Cons: Satisfied with all the aspects, and so simple to operate, for the cons, there is nothing much but they can always bring something new, which solves the pain issues of email marketing, can have more options in "Filter". Other than that, Great Work Textedly Team!

Textedly has an easy to use format, friendly tools, and incredible support GREAT for you too...

Pros: The fast and easy to use web interface makes short work of sending 100's of text messages. Managing the users is simple, quick, and intuitive. Each text can be unique or use the self created auto messages to send quick to the point instructions. We have used Textedly to announce our down systems, system maintenance, special HR programs events, and those time pertinent reminders. With no minimum to use and no max, you pay for what you need and what you use. Change plans when ever and how often you need. Simply put there is not a more reliable and more friendly tool on the market to send SMS messages, freeing you up to focus on the more important things like your product, people or customers.

We have only had to use Support one time, the response time was super fast, the agent was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The actual issue had nothing to do with Textedly, it was a CO issue, but I still got updates and information as the issue progressed and was resolved.

Cons: Nobody is perfect, and no company is perfect, but I honestly do not have anything to list as a con for Textedly.

Overall: Daily, weekly monthly updates. KEEP up the great job!

Great for churches! The possibilities are endless!

Pros: The ability to reach people in the fastest easiest way. EVERYBODY at least glances at a text message if not read it completely. You can't say that about voicemails, emails, physical mail, etc...

Cons: The software itself is awesome. Took a little while to figure out how to use it. There were not useful videos or articles to help me with what I wanted. I use Textedly for two purposes.

1. For ongoing communication. People subscribe to a keyword (an all church keyword, or youth ministry keyword) and I can periodically send messages to inform, advertise, or communicate information.

2. I use a keyword for single use, or special uses. (To register for an event online, they text the keyword to get a link to online registration. Or to interact with the Sunday sermon, text a keyword to get a link to an article referenced, or for a survey, or poll.)

There were no articles that explained I needed to delete subscribers if I wanted them to receive the automated predetermined message again. If they aren't removed and they text the same keyword again, they get a message saying they are already subscribed rather than getting the message I made.

Also, you CAN change an existing keyword to a different keyword (the help articles don't say this). But you have to delete everyone that has subscribed to that first keyword before you can change it.

Overall: This is opening up new possibilities for our church. People are better able to access information and we can communicate more effectively with Textedly. There are many opportunities we haven't even explored yet utilizing this new way of communicating.

Pros: Interface - it is easy to use for anyone regardless of technical skill.

Contact management - it is very easy to upload a CSV file of your customer list or manually enter in a new contact. Searching for a specific contact or keyword tied to that contact is also easy.

Ability to schedule texts - this alone is great because I can schedule campaigns ahead of time when a promo goes live and I don't have to worry about setting it up the day-of.

Individual and mass texting abilities - our customers love that now we can send individual texts that their order has been shipped and alerts them. Also the ease of use in sending a mass text is the real use of this and having both capabilities really makes this product shine.

Price - great value for the product. Texting services are a dime-a-dozen these days and I have used a few but Textedly is the best all around for value of what you get!

Cons: Not a major con, but would like the ability to send messages to specific people or keywords using a filter from the new message page. It already can be done by going to the Subscribers page, performing a filtered search and then sending message from there. It's not a major con and is nit picking since that is only one extra step but that's about the only con I can think of using Textedly.

Pros: I love that I can schedule a group text message to be sent out ahead of time. It is super helpful administratively for me to accomplish this task earlier in the week whereas with other free texting services you have to hit the send button exactly when you want it sent - the send later option is amazing and worth every penny! Super affordable as well too.

Cons: Uploading the contacts can be a little difficult at times - chimp mail is a little bit more interactive and helpful to upload contacts/emails whereas Textedly format of their CSV doc needs to be exact or will reject uploading contacts; however, once you have it formatted properly it works amazingly!

Overall: Increased ability to communicate more effectively with my leaders, teams, and members. Great tool for getting information out efficiently, quickly, and people don't feel spammed.

I love the system. Easy to use and affordable. It is a staple in our marketing plan. A+++++

Pros: Easy to use.

Easy to upload csv file. The interface is perfect.

The affordability is great.

I love having the templates and having the ability to send at a later date.

Cons: I wish it had campaigns that we can set up so when we enter a lead there would be a series of pre-determined text that would go out without having to set each one. But really not an issue.

Overall: We use textedly to text the expired listings in our market. It gives us a second option on reaching prospective clients. We are also looking into sending text with video links to our current clients and prospect. The next step is to use as a way to connect with our farms.

Pros: The set-up was really easy. Once we signed up, we used the online chat for help. They walked us through what we needed, sent us the forms, and then it was super easy to implement. Each time we send out more texts, we can see previous campaigns and even re-send as we choose. Notifications when people text us come to our email so we don't have to log in constantly and check. Very user friendly.

Cons: Unfortunately you cannot send campaigns to only NEW people who sign up. So if you have a campaign this week and send it out and hope more people sign up, you either individually have to text them, or wait until your next campaign. You can't just grab those people all in one swoop. Opt in is easy for the member, but if they opt out in error, and text you that...you can't use this system to opt them back in or contact them. You have to use something else (email, call, etc) and inform them to sign up again.

Overall: This service has been incredibly easy to use. If you need to go to more characters and send two texts that works pretty easy. If you don't have enough messages in your bank, it is easy to purchase the additional ones needed to send those all out. Overall, this is just a basic system that is easy to use. You don't get a lot of customization, but for small companies like us with only a few thousand texts going out each month, it is a perfect fit.

The functionality of Textedly makes it one of the best programs on the market. Textedly is #1!

Pros: Besides the fact that Textedly is an awesome tool, the one thing that I like most about Textedly is that I get to keep my unused text messages. Some months we're heavy users than the next month may not be as busy. The rollover text messages helps our organization in times when we are using more messages. I absolutely love the idea of sending photos and URL's with the text message. Sometimes the photo will grab a person's attention before the actual text. Overall, Textedly is an awesome product for the price. It may not be as fancy as some its competitors but Textedly gets RESULTS! And, that's what matters to use the most.

Cons: I would like to have more KEYWORDS. Perhaps, Textedly could offer a subscription for KEYWORDS. For example, purchase 10 keywords for X number of dollars. Although the option to purchase keywords is already available, I think having a option with a subscription fee would be an improvement.

Overall: With Textedly, I'm able to login, setup a text message distribution literally within five minutes. It's amazing how easy Textedly is to learn and executive. Great product!

Pros: This is the best mass texting service I have ever seen. The feature of setting communication on my time is the best feature. I can effortlessly build my customer base. And the other things is, there is no limitation about signing up, how many people I like. If anyone sign up, textedly automatically track zip code, state etc. that's why I can know how is performing my campaign. That's why I am like this software..

Cons: Subscriber data is more complicated. This software is not so user friendly. Company's support system needed some improve.

Pros: Textedly is far cheaper than any other mass texting software we have used. On top of that, it uses material design and has live customer support. I am very impressed with their services and recommend them to anyone who needs a mass texting platform. Textedly is by FAR, the best mass texting platform we have tried.

Cons: I wish they had a mobile app (Android AND IOS) and SMS notifications for incoming messages. Also the ability to add subscribers without them having to send and an SMS to the short code.

Comments: Textedly is a relatively new company. They opened there texting platform to the public in 2015. We were there first paying customer. We will never go to any other vendor. Textedly gets it right! Since there platform is so new, it is super-fast, agile, beautifully designed, and works on any device¿ desktop, tablet, even a mobile phone. As soon as we log-in to our account at Textedly.com, we can immediately see a snapshot of our subscribers, text messages sent and delivered, as well as a live activity feed of who just signed up. We can also see our text messages if we have them scheduled to go out in a future date. We currently have over 3,000 subscribers that have opted-in, and we send our marketing text messages to, mostly coupons and discounts. We have never had a problem with Textedly. They usually send those entire text messages out and everyone gets them in less than two minutes. I can review the reports after sending out our text message campaigns. And with their easy to remember Short Code of 33222, it makes it simple for us to gain new subscribers, people opt-in by texting my Keyword to that short code. Highly recommend. On one day, we sent out a text blast message, and it increased our sales on that single day by $2,000. Great company, great service.

Pros: Ease of use, information that is available to show your results in real time. I appreciate the value that the platform provides with multiple keywords.

Cons: I have had "zero" problems with this program and cannot say anything negative about the platform. OK, maybe the response time to the online chat could be faster.

Pros: Biggest pro is affordability. Cost based upon communication need is a no brainer. Textedly is very user friendly. They also offer analysis of texts sent feedback received. The ability to add graphics to text is great as well. A lot of great opportunities for increased outreach through this service.

Cons: I have used this product for almost a year now. At this time, I have not experienced any negative features of textedly.

Overall: I am able to communicate with those that express interest in my organization. I keep parents and students informed on upcoming events and such, all in one easy to use platform.

Pros: How easy it is to use and how I can schedule texts to be sent at a later date. I regularly use this for sending reminder appointment texts in my spa, so I really love this feature. I also love the notifications feature when customers reply back to my texts. I have it set up to email as well as pop up notifications.

Cons: The only thing that I have found is that I would like to see the subscribers in alphabetical order. However, they are in order when you create a new message and add a subscriber. It also may be user error on my part as to why I'm not seeing it like that.

Overall: Saving time on calling clients for their spa appointments. I just set up a reminder text to be sent when they schedule their appt and never have to worry about it again.

Stop looking for companies that proclaim they will reach your customers, TEXTDLY will!!

Pros: Textdly Software is the easiest, but most sophisticated user friendly software that my company has ever used. But even if you did have a question or needed assistance, they are a click a way and will answer any questions immediately, truly remarkable! Best interface my company now has, thanks TEXTEDLY!

Cons: There is nothing I do not like about the software. Best Text messaging platform that exists, trust me, my company has tried many!

Overall: I can reach all of my customers hassle free without third party interference. This Software will now allow me to control when, how and what my customers will receive via text. I can also see progression on new signups etc. from all of my locations.

Pros: Uploading several phone numbers in one motion saves a ton of time. I also like the phone preview of what my text will look like.

Cons: I don't find the UI intuitive. I feel like I still have to hunt around for what I'm looking for a lot of the time.

Pros: I loved the clean and simple design of the website. I found it to be very intuitive and easy to operate.

Cons: I wish there was an app for it. We also encountered a 24 hour period of not being able to use TAGS which is how we are set up to communicate with our groups. However, your team gave us 500 extra texts which made it a little easier to swallow.

Overall: We were able to quickly and easily able to communicate with our staff and parents of the kids camp we run for the month of June. We often need to share timely news about delays and things to remember and this program was a perfect fit for us.

Pros: The software is very intuitive and user-friendly. I've experienced no down-time with the website and have always been able to accomplish my goals.

Cons: My ONLY two critiques are that I wish I could delete keywords and the subscriber list associated with them and I would like to be able to easily export my subscriber lists to do some outside analysis of my subscribers. But these are VERY minor issues for me, more like wish-list items.

Overall: Customer service has been very responsive and helpful. They've truly gone above and beyond what I could have asked.

Pros: Extremely user friendly, so far we've had 100% delivery rate, very well priced for small business that need less than 2000 messages per month.

Cons: We use this service for VIP guest list for a nightclub, we would like to be able to customize the message people get after sending a keywords more than one time. For example, if one of a person that has already subscribed to one your keywords texts your keyword again, the customer gets a message saying "You've already subscribed to this campaign" which is not suitable for us!

Pros: This is the best SMS software tool out there for a small business. The user interface is great and the pricing is excellent. The support from Textedly is the best as well! I highly recommend this services to everyone.

Pros: I most like that this software is both easily accessible from my computer, as well as my iPhone. I'm a MOM of two small children (2 years old, and 5 months old) so I'm not often able to be sitting in front of my computer working. This software allows me to create and send my texts from my phone with ease.

Cons: There was really nothing that I don't like about the software. It encompasses everything I need to accomplish my ongoing goal of reaching, and connecting to, others via text message.

Textedly is one of the best Text Messaging Co that we tested and used for our projects in RE.

Pros: 1. High level of deliverability 2. Ability to communicate & track the process with many clients at the same time 3. Cost per text 4. Ability to send pictures and links 5. Simplicity to use

Cons: It would help if you can have more keywords for the same monthly rate. We need to track different groups on our list and it will help if it is possible to use different keywords without paying extra. You will attract more clients with this flexibility. All the rest works great! Thank you!

Pros: The idea of it, reliability and simplicity. The software is an excellent idea for mass communication. It is reliable in which you know it works and people respond very well. It is extremely simple to use but it's simplicity is what makes it great.

Cons: Limited features, but I am sure as you acquire bigger packages, more features are available. BUT if it had an app, this would be out of this world! ;D

Overall: Ease and efficiency of communication with large groups of people. Easy to use and easy to get used to.

Pros: It's easy to update contact tags that make custom segmenting very simple. As a recruiter for a university, I find textedly to be an incredible tool that is vital to our process.

Cons: There's honestly nothing I can say that is negative about this service, but I can say that what I do like least about it is that if it ever stopped existing, then I'm sure I wouldn't be able to find a comparable product for the price.

Overall: Easy to use and it works extremely well with our in-house database.

Pros: It was easy to use and feature rich as well as reliable. Customer service was responsive and very helpful. We had no issues and loved the service. Loved the ability to schedule messages and they went out within seconds.

Cons: The only thing we would have liked is the ability to import csv contacts ourselves. However, textedly will do this for your for free! Just send them your file and in a short time they will import all your contacts included with your plan. Their staff is quick and very helpful and for those that are not great at spreadsheets, it is likely safer to have them do it anyways. We are csv junkies so we would have felt capable of doing any imports ourselves. So this is likely not a critical issue for most other businesses nor was it for us. Just a personal preference.

Overall: Enabled us to give out quick and important alerts and updates to our volunteers and even include images.

Pros: They are continuing to grow there features on a regular bases. the price is more than right and the value is beyond wonderful.

Cons: So far it has been hard to find one. We critique our services hard, Textedly has met and exceeded all of our needs and want with there service.

Pros: It is very easy to use for anyone whether they are tech "savvy" or not. The price is very fair and I like that there are different options for plans to fit anyone's needs or budget.

Cons: I wish there was a way to auto merge names when mass texting to make mass texts more personal. I also wish there were ways to create groups without having to have additional keywords.

Overall: Textedly software has been a great asset for our company. What I love most about it is how easy it is to use and you really can't beat the price! The customer service has been top notch and very quick to respond with any questions I have had. I would highly recommend to any company looking for an effective way to grow and build customer relations.

Cons: I would have liked a "NO REPLY" option.

Overall: I am a Production Manager/Assistant Director for Film and Television and often times we work 13-15 hours daily trying to get the next day's schedule and crew calls complete. Having a text service helped tremendously to send an update to the crew for when their work times would be, especially in more than one crew unit (A and B Unit separate times) so they can go to sleep while the schedule is being locked.

I intend to use the service in the future.

Pros: It is user friendly for those who are not tech savvy! I have easy and prompt access to customer support. And my subscribers get quick responses! I also love that so can response to subscribers as well !

Cons: I wish my unused messages could roll over into a new month. I think this should be considered. In addition, I should be able to receive email notifications when new subscribers sign up, but overall this platform is AWESOME!

Pros: Easy to use and set up. Private text messages to our staff is most important without the nuisance of cell phone texting, where everyone gets each staff member's response. This is the best way to send out multiple texts to a large group.

Cons: I do not like that the number 33222 is showing on the text. When other are using the same program, people get confused on who the text is from. I must sign my name at the end.

I'm using the service to target multiple groups of current members in our American Legion Post. In the post, we have Regular, Auxiliary, Riders and Sons that are involved in unique/different aspects of service to the community. Additionally we have a large group of regular Bingo attendees. Outreach to these members let's keeps them informed of updates in a simple to manage method.

Cons: Restrictive filtering needs work to allow finer detail of targeted subscribers. System allows filtering for simple text only, no 'or', 'and' or 'not' statements.

Pros: Easily upload all of customers from a personal database using an excel CSV sheet and it will convert them into your textedly account. you can create personal text messages to send out in a blast to all of your customers.

Cons: There pricing is a little steep for the value of the product and once you run out of messages you have to buy more which i dont think is fair.

Pros: What I like most about Textedly is it's effectiveness. The software does what it says it will do. I also like the fact that I can shorten the URL within the software. This is really a neat feature. Normally, I would have to go to Google URL shortener to shorten a URL but now I can do within the software.

Cons: I would like to have more keywords. The software does allow the user to purchase keywords but I would like to have a set number of keywords that I could use without having to make an additional purchase each time I want a keyboard.

Overall: One of the nice benefits of Textedly is that I am able to schedule messages. This is really an excellent feature in addition to the URL shortener, the ease-of-use, and the excellent customer service.

Cons: STAY AWAY.......I set up a account with them , then they removed my ability to access my account again due to a credit card issue. I told them I give you another credit card but they never responded back. So they took my money and all the 200 messages I sent. Rude.

Pros: Scheduling messages for future times is great! I also like linking it to my email to receive any response.

Pros: Textedly makes it super-easy to send a message to one individual, a group of individuals, or my entire customer list! Hands down Textedly has helped me engage directly with my customers and has impacted customer conversion rates and increased sales! There are also great tools which shows which customers are engaged, and if a message failed to reach a customer it gives a reason why a message was undeliverable. Customer service has always been fantastic!

Cons: I would like access to add / edit / delete contacts by an easier method... but the way it is now is good and still works.

Pros: Textedly is super easy to use - even technology challenged people like myself can use it without trouble. I've already seen so many positives come from within our company since we've started using Textedly!

Cons: It would be nice to have a place to look to see exactly what texts I've got scheduled to go out, and when.

Overall: It takes just as long to reach out to 1000 customers as it does to reach out to just 1. It's a great tool to be able to touch base with an occasional customer about openings in our schedule, as well as offer a discount for a customer who hasn't used us in many years, to have them give us a try again. Pros: We have been very satisfied with the Textedly service. As a real estate office, the agents have become unresponsive to our email communications as they're overwhelmed. However, switching to text notifications immediately began yielding better results...and the best part, our agents love it! The price is very fair for the service and I highly recommend the product to anyone needing a texting service.

Cons: Getting used to tags has been a little challenging, however, that's probably more on me and just learning the best applications for tagging groups.

User friendly, stores data, most economic of all I researched. Can add links, graphics.

Pros: It is user friendly and can be completed in less than five minutes and has archives as a history.

Cons: If you want longer texts, it must be in an MMS. A graphic is needed to convert from SMS, which I begin all with.

Pros: Multimedia messages are easy to create, and the URL shortener is incredibly useful. Customer service is timely and helpful.

Cons: Information on when our monthly plan renews was unclear, but our customer service rep cleared it up for us.

Overall: We're a Chicago nonprofit that focuses on college-access and workforce development for underserved youths. Textedly has helped us reach our prospective students - ages 16-18 - via text messaging, and it's really improved our communications.

I feel blessed I found Textedly, Their service is outstanding

Pros: Of course I like the cost, but even a fair price loses it's appeal with poor service, however Textedly not only provides the low cost we all want, but they back it up with the most excellent service possible. Over the years I have used many companies to help me with my business, but so far Textedly has proven the best, and not by a little bit, but they are huge distance ahead of the 2nd place service.

Overall: The number #1 benefit is their excellent service, always there to help me, and their product is so close to the being number one it was hard to choose between the two.

Pros: We are a summer camp and used this service to keep in contact with our camp parent's to alert them to rod conditions, emergencies, and general information leading up to and during summer camp. This software is very user friendly. It allows parents to respond via text without giving out volunteers personal cell numbers. The ability to keep a template is wonderful, as we send the same type of text for four different camp sessions.

Cons: Nothing - It was all wonderful! I could not have asked for anything else.

Pros: Our staff working away from the office are able to receive news, reminders, and any other info without having to bringing out and logging into their laptops. A quick glance at the text message and they are updated in real time, and back to work on the job! I can send links, pictures, whatever is needed.

Cons: This software does not sync to my outlook, and so I must manually enter names and numbers. If it could sync, it would be always up to date without my reviewing it first.

Overall: Mass communication to my staff in the field.

Not as easy to use as I'd like it to be.

Pros: It was easy to download my list of subscribers.

Cons: It does not allow you to edit the phone number of a subscriber. At least I could not find a way and when I asked for help on this issue I was not given an answer. The only way I could deal with this was to unsubscribe the person and enter them again with a new number. There were a few questions I asked but was not given a helpful answer.

Overall: We use it to send out urgent messages to our members and it is a great way to get our information out. I am having difficulty with some aspects of the program however.

We have had a subscription for one month and have really enjoyed the ease of using it.

Pros: I like that the dashboard is so easy to understand. I like that you can chat real time with experts. The customer service is really good. This entire system is really easy to use.

Cons: They should let customers know exactly what time their texts will be replenished for the month. I found out it was at midnight on the day they listed, whereas I had been thinking I would have my renewed texts on midnight the date listed. Basically felt misled by 24hours.

Overall: I get my messages out to the students! They respond best to texts.

Pros: Textedly is extremely easy to set up and start sending text messages. The team is extremely happy to provide any help you need should it be required.

Cons: There are no cons that I can see. Textedly provides what it says it will provide.

Overall: Textedly is super easy to set up and start texting! The team are happy to help with any questions you have to help you get started. I would strongly recommend Textedly! Also, you can try it for free so there is nothing to lose. The team is always releasing improvements and new features too.

Pros: When I first started using this system I was very skeptical because I wasn't sure it would be easy for my customers to receive messages and sign up. However it has been really great and people have enjoy receiving the messages and knowing how to make purchases from us.

Cons: I do not like it when my customers are not allowed to sign up for the text messaging because they have a signature line on their phone.

Overall: My customers are able to see where we are located and how to make purchases easier.

Our experience with Textedly has been great. It is just about everything we were looking for!

Pros: Lets face it, people check their phones more often then their emails and this software has allowed us to stay up to date with current methods of marketing.

Cons: There is definitely a learning curve to using this software. At first we didn't know what to do but the customer service team helped us a lot. Great company to work with overall.

Overall: We get to stay up to date with marketing methods and reach all of our customer basis right on their cell phones. I definitely believe this gives us additional business.

Pros: I like the organization of subscribers with keywords. I also like how we have the option to attach a photo.

Overall: We get to reach our agents immediately instead of waiting for them to look at there email. They know when they receive a text message it's urgent or important. It makes sure people have no excuse of not knowing whats going on because they're getting it sent directly to their phone!

Pros: Ease of use is what I love the best. I have too much to do to learn something else. Textedly, I was able to figure out how to use it on my own. I still took a webinar and learned even more simply things that made my experience better.

Cons: Hmm, if you can call this a con, I thought it was free if you stayed on the minimum plan but that was only because I misread the info on intro 14 day free special. However, the plan is a great bargain.

Great value for the money. Very easy to use!

Pros: The convenience of reaching hundreds of customers with a few clicks. It's very easy to create a message. I also like that I can schedule my text messages. Very convenient!

Cons: The fact that I can't upload my original list for each keyword. The original uploads were done very quickly by Textedly; however, I would like to be able to create new subscribers groups and upload the list on my own.

Pros: Easy to use and I am not tech savvy at all. Looks professional and only takes a second. I have a great deal of positive feedback from my customers. The customer service is very good and they get back to you in a timely fashion. I've had good results with customer returned. It generates a solid amount of business. I think texted Lee is a valuable asset and any small business would benefit from its use.

Pros: learning curve is minimal, even for non-technical personnel. Administration is a breeze. I can train a user in less than 15 minutes and have them sending messages right away.

Cons: there is little customization I can do to the webpage. i can't add my company logo or colors. I would love if there would be some way to personalize the experience for my users.

Overall: Fast, efficient and easy communication with my driver fleet.

Cons: The inability to add phone numbers manually, inability to schedule repeating outgoing text messages. My only use for textedly is to send the same message at the same time every week. Would be nice to not have to think about it if there was a "repeating" feature as with email calendars.

Pros: The price point is absolutely incredible, as is the customer service. You can IM a member of the support team from any screen and they are incredibly fast. We use the service to send inclement weather or emergency updates to our staff, and the templates make that incredibly quick and easy. The site itself is user friendly. You can import contacts manually or have employees text a keyword to the given number to enroll/opt-in. We are very pleased!

Cons: The only con I can think of is the lack of a mobile app. This would be very helpful in the event of a power outage. Currently the only option is to use the "mobile friendly" website.

Overall: Quick, easy way to reach all of our employees in the event of an emergency, unforeseen closure, or general announcement.

This has been an easy to use robust tool for my donut shop. The customer service has been great!

Pros: This software is something you can learn and begin using in 5 minutes. The service is there if you want it too. I was up and going almost immediately. It's a great value for the cost compared to other services doing the exact same thing.

Cons: Doesn't integrate various platforms such as email or FB, Instagram. This isn't something I need now but it might be a good addition later.

Great for sending alerts to employees spread out across country

Cons: Certain boxes are locked once you set up your keyword

Adding a picture (header) counts as an extra two messages

Overall: Communication throughout the company greatly improved. Easy to alert employees about emergencies or important information.

Pros: Fast, quick distribution and results. Easy usage. Great tutorial for getting subscribers. Customer service is perfect and engaged in getting the best results for my projects.

Cons: Not quite sure how to use the adworks to be the best of my opportunity. Getting my lists to upload was a time-consuming challenge. I suggest a co-tutorial for the first upload of any subscription list.
