Pros It is very easy to use and we are able to send reminders and promotions to our contact lists quickly. Cons We worry that our messages might come off as too persistent or annoying. August 15, 2018 4.0 We use it to send out urgent messages to our members and it is a great way to get our information out. I am having difficulty with some aspects of the program however. Pros It was easy to download my list of subscribers. Cons It does not allow you to edit the phone number of a subscriber. At least I could not find a way and when I asked for help on this issue I was not given an answer. The only way I could deal with this was to unsubscribe the person and enter them again with a new number. There were a few questions I asked but was not given a helpful answer. October 5, 2017 4.0 I get my messages out to the students! They respond best to texts. Pros I like that the dashboard is so easy to understand. I like that you can chat real time with experts. The customer service is really good. This entire system is really easy to use. Cons They should let customers know exactly what time their texts will be replenished for the month. I found out it was at midnight on the day they listed, whereas I had been thinking I would have my renewed texts on midnight the date listed. Basically felt misled by 24hours. I wrote with a suggestion (ability to duplicate campaigns for future use) and I received a reply from the CEO! I was shocked! He liked my request and promised to have it implement in the next version. Very customer oriented! Pros It is easy to use and a great value for the money. Cons Not able to duplicate campaigns, but am told that is in the next upgrade! My absolute favorite part about Textedly is 1 - the price - Perfect for small businesses when it comes to an affordable way of marketing! 2 - The customer service!!! They are so friendly and so helpful. Whether its over chat or over the phone, they are there to help you with any little problem you are having and will do everything in their power to resolve it. Mass emailing is one way, but today's generation prefers texting. We can send out vital information pertaining to meetings, cancellations, deadlines, etc. and get great response! Pros It is SO easy to use, and is more affordable than anything else I've seen! That's huge. It's easy to use and easy to communicate back and forth with people as needed. Consequently, we have been able to increase the community/friendships in our church just by each person being better informed. Cons I haven't found a huge one that affects us yet. I also like that I can schedule my text messages. Very convenient! Cons The fact that I can't upload my original list for each keyword. I get more engagement from my clients via text then with email. I just wish there was a way to see how many people saw the text msg. Like an open rate. Pros It’s easy and organized. I like that it easy to add new subscribers. Cons That it cost extra or used additional messages to send a link. On most of today’s smart phones just typing the link makes it active.
