Textedly is really great when it comes to customer service. I have never had a company reach out to make sure you are comfortable with their software.

Pros

The ease of use, the ease in importing a database used from another program.

Cons

They do not have a mobile app available.

Pros

I like being able to send out messages concerning my church congregation.

Cons

It takes a while to get to the right place to send a new text on a iPhone.

Pros

Ease of use, ability to program a template, quick scheduling of outgoing messages, easy report to see number of subscribers

Cons

The inability to add phone numbers manually, inability to schedule repeating outgoing text messages. My only use for textedly is to send the same message at the same time every week. Would be nice to not have to think about it if there was a "repeating" feature as with email calendars.

Pros

Easy to use and I am not tech savvy at all. Looks professional and only takes a second. I have a great deal of positive feedback from my customers. The customer service is very good and they get back to you in a timely fashion. I've had good results with customer returned. It generates a solid amount of business. I think texted Lee is a valuable asset and any small business would benefit from its use.

Fast, efficient and easy communication with my driver fleet.

Pros

learning curve is minimal, even for non-technical personnel. Administration is a breeze. I can train a user in less than 15 minutes and have them sending messages right away.

Cons

there is little customization I can do to the webpage. i can't add my company logo or colors. I would love if there would be some way to personalize the experience for my users.

Pros

Textedly is a great tool for my business. It's the first texting service I've used, and I'm very happy with how easy it is to use. It adds a whole new element to our customer relations, without demanding a lot of time.

Cons

When I receive replies to my email, it would be great if the customer name is listed with number, since I include names in my contact lists. But this is only a minor annoyance.

Increased sales

Pros

This software is something you can learn and begin using in 5 minutes. The service is there if you want it too. I was up and going almost immediately. It's a great value for the cost compared to other services doing the exact same thing.

Cons

Doesn't integrate various platforms such as email or FB, Instagram. This isn't something I need now but it might be a good addition later.

As a newby to this form of advertisement, it was difficult to choose which company to use for our texting. Textedly's price was so great, it was worth a shot. And they have not disappointed. Very helpful customer service, and simple, easy to use format. They have made our company's texting easy!

Textedly helps us effectively push out communication to our employees. We will soon be using this to communicate with our customers.

Pros

Textedly is VERY user friendly! An easy upload of phone numbers and the ease of sending messages are my top praises.

Cons

Customer support and response is lacking. Also, if we delete someone from the backend, it would be nice to be able to reactivate them. It unfortunately does not give us the option to do that. We use this as a way to communicate with employees, so if someone is rehired- we are unable to add that person back to the list.

We needed to deliver a mass communications on very short notice and the Textedly product met our technical requirements, but it was the fantastic customer support that really made it a big win for us. My only minor complaint is that we couldn't self-service the initial data upload, but their customer service more than made up for it.

Cons

Some features weren't self-service, although they were quickly and easily provided by customer service.

Pros

This service is easy to use, and cost is pretty inexpensive.

Cons

This service lacks the ability to automate texts. You can only send texts when you want to, which requires that manual work every time. My goal was to automate texts, like an automated email campaign, and Textedly just doesn't cut it. Textedly is a solution for me until I find "something better".

Ease of use and price. Many other text apps are much more expensive and much more tedious to use. This one is cheap and very simple to use, even for someone not so tech savvy. I love it!

Cons

Nothing thus far. My fav I've used over the last four years. I will continue to use. Thankful for texedly. Also recommending other realtors to use for their biz.

We've been searching for an SMS service for campaigns, and Textedly is the best of the bunch. There are some bugs and updates that need to take place, but it gets the job done.

Pros

I like the clean web dashboard and the ease to send messages, schedule messages, and use photos through its dashboard. The price points are very fair, too, for the product.

Cons

The inability to export our lists. It's a feature that textedly needs to add with the way that campaigns are shaped today. An online tutorial would be good to assist with the initial use, too.

I used it to identify experienced Tax Professionals who are interested in working with our company. I also Used it to remind our associates about continuing education requirements.

Pros

It is very easy to use. I could send hundreds of texts in minutes. Responses were quick and easy to access.

Cons

Functions are great but you have figure out how to use them. They need a better learning system.

Ease of use, pricing, UI, memorable short code, ease of setup, free trial, message templates, chicks dig it.

Cons

\- You don't seem to be able to block or limit someone from texting the short code after they have opted in. - I'd like to be able to customize the dashboard view to show what I want it to show/ what's relevant to our usage.
