Easy to use, helps generate more revenue, able to contact almost all of our customer base, overall really good program.

Pros

The ease of use and the revenue it has helped generate, being able to contact almost all of our customer base at one time.

Cons

The minimum amount of characters should be at least 180 for a message to be sent, empty spaces should not be included.

If you business is going to pay to a mass texting software, Textedly is a great option. Highly recommended!

Pros

We tried out a variety of different mass texting softwares and Textedly was by far the best in terms of features and cost. Their customer support is great, too!

Cons

So far, no issues or "cons" to report. We really have enjoyed all Textedly has to offer!

We are able to craft a text campaign within minutes It is cost effective

Cons

Customer Service is lacking. It takes around 30 minutes before some responds to my online chat request. Starting up the service is confusing. I tried to import a list of subscribers to a keyword and it took over 48 hours for someone to verify my list.

We get to reach our agents immediately instead of waiting for them to look at there email. They know when they receive a text message it's urgent or important. It makes sure people have no excuse of not knowing whats going on because they're getting it sent directly to their phone!

Pros

I like the organization of subscribers with keywords. I also like how we have the option to attach a photo.

Pros

I like the ease and the ability to monitor the number of messages used. The tabs are very user friendly.

Cons

Several times when attempting to schedule the system will stall and need to try several times. Otherwise there isn't much we don't like about the system. We do wish the customer service had long hours of operation.

The interface is very well designed with easy access to the different modules. Importing a user list and responding to customers is made simple. The ability to customize messages to fit our environment is great as well.

Cons

Would like the ability to completely remove a user from the list with a single click. Otherwise great!

Pros

It is easy to use, and it works! I really like how easy it is to setup and send messages. Adding existing customers is a breeze! I highly recommend that you check it out! The price is right ok point.

Pros

Nothing, because it didn't work like it was supposed to.

Cons

I only did one campaign, and I never received any of my responses. I was personally on the campaign, received a text and then responded to it, just to test it out, and the responses never went in my inbox. I chatted back and forth with the reps for about 10 days trying to find a resolution. In the end, she said nothing was wrong and said she wouldn't give me a refund. I'm canceling and never going back.

We are a school so we were using phone chains which are incredibly complicated to set up and ever changing. This will make it much easier to contact the parents for emergency closing.

Pros

It is pretty simple to follow along and they have videos to help guide you through your questions.

Cons

I did notice that I couldn't simply update a clients phone number. You needed to delete it and start over.

Still waiting for date sensitive filter. The unique words should be listed separately so we can glance at the data bank and see who's opting in to what, Need to be able to upload the data into excel.

I use it to send SMS text appointment reminders. I use the text scheduling feature all the time, to schedule SMS messages to go out anytime I want. I find this extremely useful and 100% reliable.

Pros

The ease of use is great. I really didn't have to train my staff, just added them as a user and they were able to use it without much help.

Cons

The character count of 160 limitation just because it doesn't take long to get to 160 before you have to use your extra texts.

Cons

That you don't have your own personal seven digit text number! It gets confusing if you have multiple friend that you have shared Textedly with.

Although the system works pretty well from the phone, an app would be very helpful. I also wish there was a notification when someone responded to our text .

Cons

The limit to characters per message, we always have to upgrade to two messages which means we ultimately have to buy bigger packages.
