Great tool to stay in contact immediately with customers, the response that I get is in minutes, works better than email or any other software.

Pros

It's easy to understand, fast and accurate when sending text messages, I ask the people at tech support to upload my subscribers list and they did it very fast too.

Pros

This software does exactly what we were looking for, it is easy to use and easy for our customers to sign up for.

Cons

Only complaint would be the extra charge for texts when sending pictures to customers

One stop for all my texting needs.

Pros

Everything in one place, easy to manage information. Able to control everything from the application.

Cons

On the export of records, easier to sort my name. The names only appeared for outgoing messages. Should have name for incoming records also.

Pros

Quickly able to create and send messages. Easily see my number of subscribers and activity. Can access anywhere with internet connection

Cons

Wish there was an option to have subscribers input their names. I only can see phone numbers of those who subscribe using my keyword

Ease of access to send a text message.

Pros

I can be on the road and have to post an alert to those on list and can do it from my phone. Great help support. Those that are on the list are happy with being able to get notices and updates when certain ones on the list have an issue.

Pros

The ease of setting up keywords. Makes it very easy for me to communicate with customers. The message campaign to send later is a very nice function.

Cons

We need an App! It would be nice to not always need to use a browser. Other than that, it is very intuitive.

Pros

I did a lot if research and this company were by far the cheapest. It's easy to use and the customer service has always been great! I highly recommend them!

Cons

I do wish when people subscribed it would add them by name not just number. Other than that it's perfect.

Its very easy to use. i can send a text to 750 members at once. They can respond if need be. They can text out of future messages if they want.

Cons

I can only end the groups i have. Some times i just want to send a text to a committee. Only can use 306 characters

I really like how easy it is to use and the price! Bulk subscriber uploads are very helpful and being able to save frequently used templates.

I can't really think of anything that I don't like at this time. I've only been using it for a little over a month.

I don't have any complaints about this system; it is very easy to use. Our office staff was able to begin using it after only 20 minutes of training.

Pros

The thing that I like most is how easy it is to create and send messages. Most our message are created and sent in less than two minutes.

I've ran 2 campaign blast in the last 2 months and it helps my existing customers come back or refer friends. At least 30 referrals or return customers have come from it in the past 2 months

Pros

I can send to everyone simultaneously. I came from mighty text where I could only do 25 at a time and had to think way to hard about making groups and keeping track of subscribers was a nightmare. Usually would take half of my Sunday away now I'm done from creating a campaign to send ingredients it out in 30 minutes.

Cons

That I can't send with my caller ID. That customers already have a trust with. But it's ok they'll learn to love the short code.

Pros

The software is very easy to use. I actually use this for two groups. One to announce live sales for Lularoe and I'm choir director at my church. I use Textedly to remind choir members of practice times and anything special they need to know.

Pros

The software is easy to use and easy to find my way around.

Cons

The thing I least like about this software is you can't simply update a phone number. You have to delete the whole profile and add all of the information again with the new phone number.

You really can't beat the price for the potential customer reach. And as you add users, the cost per engagement only gets better.

Cons

I'd would like to be able to "copy" or "replicate" a previously sent text but aside from that, I love it.

Pros

Cons

The character limit on the text messages. I feel you should be able to at least have 300 characters per one text message

\- Great value for the money - Simple to use - Easy to manually unsubscribe when needed - Interface is intuitive

Cons

\- Few issues uploading our .csv file into the system. Solved by saving .csv from OpenOffice instead of excel.

Pros

We were finding that emailing our customers were not getting as much of a response, about 36-40%, we so decided to do a campaign to their customers cell phone. Once we started the campaign we found more than 70% subscribed. That's almost twice as many customers reached.

Cons

None really so far. We have used it on only two campaigns and have found good success.
