Pros

The GUI/Dashboard is so easy to use. Everything is organized logically, you don't have to search and search for something that you can't find. Everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Cons

I don't like how each message has a 160 character limit. You can expand that to 306 characters, but that will take two of your allotted messages.

Pros

It is easy to use, and I love that we can schedule alerts to go out at a later time if needed. The messages go out immediately and are received by all my subscribers.

Cons

I wish there were an actual app to use to send out alerts instead of using the mobile browser. I have way too many browser tabs open all the time, an app would be great!

I can easily text people without being kicked off.

Pros

I love how simple it is to work with. This is a very easy system to learn, and customer service is exceptional.

Cons

If I accidentally unsubscribe someone I can't put them in again. I need to have the person subscribe, which they might not do. I am trying to reach kids for college, so they may just ignore the prompt to resubscribe.

Customer Service is a third party answering service that cannot answer any questions or get a hold of support. Technical support is manned by their sales team and cannot answer any questions. Appears their technical support is outsourced to India and responds in 72 hours.

Pros

Ease of use for the most part but be aware!

Cons

Customer Service and Support, be aware you cannot upload our customer list without 72 hour approval from their technical support department each time! Appears their technical support is manned by their sales team and cannot help with any technical support and they appear to relay the technical support to an OUTSOURCED technical support center in India, which is why it takes 72 hours to respond to even the most basic questions. Very frustrating!

I hate this company. They steal from their customers.

Pros

I have been trying for months to cancel with no resolve. They keep trying to charge my card and I filed a BBB complaint- no surprise, no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Cons

Impossible to cancel service. You will never get rid of it.

I set up weekly reminders and some daily reminders for my youth basketball program, and the website makes it very easy to do this.

Cons

I wish there was a way for people to enter their name when subscribing so I know who that number belongs to as I have had several people respond to me, but I dont know who it is.

We were able to quickly and easily able to communicate with our staff and parents of the kids camp we run for the month of June. We often need to share timely news about delays and things to remember and this program was a perfect fit for us.

Pros

I loved the clean and simple design of the website. I found it to be very intuitive and easy to operate.

Cons

I wish there was an app for it. We also encountered a 24 hour period of not being able to use TAGS which is how we are set up to communicate with our groups. However, your team gave us 500 extra texts which made it a little easier to swallow.

Cons

Pros

Extremely user friendly, so far we've had 100% delivery rate, very well priced for small business that need less than 2000 messages per month.

Cons

We use this service for VIP guest list for a nightclub, we would like to be able to customize the message people get after sending a keywords more than one time. For example, if one of a person that has already subscribed to one your keywords texts your keyword again, the customer gets a message saying "You've already subscribed to this campaign" which is not suitable for us!

Texting all of our subscribers used to be very time consuming and something I dreaded. Since switching to Textedly, I no longer dread the task and it's very quick to use.

Pros

Quickly send out texts.... minimal clicks. Very fast

Cons

I wish the texts could be sent from a 10 digit number as opposed to the shortened number (not a big deal).

Customer service has been very responsive and helpful. They've truly gone above and beyond what I could have asked.

Pros

The software is very intuitive and user-friendly. I've experienced no down-time with the website and have always been able to accomplish my goals.

Cons

My ONLY two critiques are that I wish I could delete keywords and the subscriber list associated with them and I would like to be able to easily export my subscriber lists to do some outside analysis of my subscribers. But these are VERY minor issues for me, more like wish-list items.

Pros

The ease of use! The price is very nice!

Pros

I most like that this software is both easily accessible from my computer, as well as my iPhone. I'm a MOM of two small children (2 years old, and 5 months old) so I'm not often able to be sitting in front of my computer working. This software allows me to create and send my texts from my phone with ease.

Cons

There was really nothing that I don't like about the software. It encompasses everything I need to accomplish my ongoing goal of reaching, and connecting to, others via text message.

We have had issues with spam on our end as well as the users since we started our trial. They are most certainly selling our information.

Ease and efficiency of communication with large groups of people. Easy to use and easy to get used to.

Pros

The idea of it, reliability and simplicity. The software is an excellent idea for mass communication. It is reliable in which you know it works and people respond very well. It is extremely simple to use but it's simplicity is what makes it great.

Cons

Limited features, but I am sure as you acquire bigger packages, more features are available. BUT if it had an app, this would be out of this world! ;D

I requested for help, nobody replied. Requested Refund, Nobody Replied. Ive sent 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks and still havn't heard back. Guess i just take the Loss and Hope nobody else has to deal with this shitty service

It’s been such an effective and efficient way to communicate with my network and customers — with “touch of a button!”

Pros

Textedly is amazing! I love using it to let my network know when I’m about to do a Facebook live or when I’m offering a special promotion or event! It’s SOOO user friendly and the customer service is amazing. I love the link shortener feature and the fact that I can send pics too!!! It’s worth every penny!

Cons

The only con (if there even is one) is that I can only do it from my computer. I would love to be able to access and send messages from my an app on phone too! So perhaps that’s something they’ll implement down the road!
