Cons Unless I'm missing something in the instructions, it would be nice if my welcome text message would be sent out after entering the lead information. Pros It is so very easy to use and navigate from 1 task to the next. You can be as specific as you want and I love the fact that you can send messages anytime with the "Send Later" feature. We moved from another texting service and Textedly is so much better in every way. Pros It’s so easy to use and set up. Such a user friendly program I never had to train my managers to use it, they could just figure it out. Previously, we used multiple texting services Cons The inability to change a keyword is a con for us. We used keywords for temporary uses and we are stuck with them, even if we will never use them again. Cons There pricing is a little steep for the value of the product and once you run out of messages you have to buy more which i dont think is fair. January 25, 2019 3.0 Pros Good concept Easy enough to use software Delivers SMS text messages Cons Over-billing EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!! Dreadful customer service!!! EXTREMELY Shark-ish and shady when it comes to taking payments. We had to REPEATEDLY ask for refunds. In the end we decided to close the account due to over-billing and customer service Reps who are rude and shady; certainly they are conducting nefarious business practices being carried out. The constant over-billing and lack of proper customer support makes the software a bind and certainly NOT worth using. Buyers Beware! Uploading lists takes little time and it's straight-forward on sending out messages. Cons I think charging in 2-3 keyword increments is a little much. Pros I have been looking for a long time for an easy, cost effective texting app that I can communicate with my clients. THIS IS THE ONE! I have already referred several people and will continue. Cons Could be really clear on watching the first video on how the system works. For ADD people like me LOL after I got the videos from your CS team it really helped. I would put those videos on your website.
