Great product, easy to use, value for money. I've been using VL more than 10 years and I always enjoy creating my campaigns with this tool. I would definitely recommend it!

Pros

Great Support and Customer Care teams, Product is easy to use and has lean UI. Ideal to added to my custom Shopify store.

Cons

Sometimes it can be expensive, if you run a campaign that is successful, the cost increases significantly. For example, for 100K participants I need to spend more that 80$ to maintain my mailing list.

Better product, more suitable pricing. The Loopify tool is good for basic referral tracking. VL has dashboards, can export large files of mailing lists supporting several data formats. We also needed API integrations with Webhooks and CRM tools and VL supports a big variety of vendors. Ideal trial period of 14 days.

It was good! Every time that I needed the viral-loops team, they were quick to help me and my team. I also use HubSpot, and after the team resolved my integration issue, everything ran smoothly.

Pros

The variety of pre-built campaign options, the customer support, and the ease of integrating the platform with HubSpot really stood out.

Cons

All the technical documentation I needed was outdated, which made it harder to complete the integration with HubSpot

Challenging to get set up, incomplete knowledge base, slow response times from support, brittle workarounds required for some basic functions.

Pros

Works for email list growth campaigns. Appreciate the customization and workarounds because the app/widget out of the box is bad.

Cons

Slow, sporadic support (30 mins to 5 days for basic questions). Lots of workarounds required to integrate with Shopify well, the world's largest e-com platform provider. Expensive for what it is. If a competitor offered email referrals, they'd be toast.

Exceptional customer service. A handy product in my modest startup waitlist marketing stack that plays a key role.

Pros

It serves a very good purpose. I was able to integrate it into my stack without fuss. When I did encounter a challenge (turns out it was my configuration error) the Viral Loops team jumped on it within hours and did a thorough job investigating and getting it sorted. That alone has made me want to stay with them.

Cons

Nothing. I think the integration pathways are strong, simple yet effective, a narrow specific set of functions means I don't get lost in bloat, or am paying for features I don't use.

Viral Loops gets the job done. I've built an Affiliate Program using their software and am generally satisfied. The major drawback when using the Viral Loops landing pages has been that when you create an Affiliate Program Sign Up Form vs. the separate Sign Up for Service Form (i.e. the form linked to the unique affiliate link) is that both forms must be identical. I am not able to have 1 form with respective questions and more relevant questions when individuals sign up for service using the unique referral code.

Pros

The ability to create custom forms and landing pages for individuals signing up for and referring to our Affiliate Program.

Cons

Customer Service response time was 50/50 on getting a timely response vs. waiting for over a week to hear from someone.

I haven't found anything that I don't like and hoping not to. We are running a few campaigns on it at the moment.
