Pros What I like the most about this software is that it allows me to create referral campaings that are effective for both online and offline businesses. Cons Until recently the one thing that I didn't like was the branding at the bottom of the widgets but they toned it down an also offer eliminating it all together on one of their tier plans. The only reason I stopped using it is for the price. I only use the referral functionality, so it can be cheaper. Pros It makes easy to create a referral program. Cons I think it's expensive for the things I use it. It would be nice to have a cheaper plan just to use 1 or 2 features. I've researched a few companies and some were cheaper and did the job but Viral Loops differentiated in their hyper specific templates. I'd recommend testing it out for yourself though! The team went above and beyond to tailor the software to cater for our needs event though their custom builds were yet to be released, meaning we didn't have to use the alternative which frankly wasn't as good (phew). They've been so helpful throughout the implementation of the campaign - if we needed extra tracking or anything, they would help integrate it and troubleshoot anything we needed. Would definitely recommend Viral-Loops to boost your campaign!
