Highly recommended. Pros This is a great software to run giveaways and referral campaigns. They make it super easy to use and make the participants feel like they are part of the giveaway. Cons I don't have anything bad to say about this. I have had a lot of success with viral loops and the customer service has been amazing. It's really powerful software and I can't wait to see what they come up with next. Pros It isn't the easiest platform to implement (you'll need a developer depending on the type of campaign you are running) but it's constantly improving, the support is great, and it plays well with other software. Cons There is an integration with HubSpot, but I wish there was a way to trigger referral completions in conjunction with HubSpot campaigns rather than connecting through the API. Pros It allowed us to do a lot of email collection during a campaign which was awesome. Cons The features were very overrated and honestly not completely functional. We did the milestone campaign and it was riddled with problems from day 1.
