Comments: I have found mobile service very user friendly. Once we switched to the note by Samsung it has been very efficient and little to no problems. The only thing I would like to see is completed tickets staying on the phone for up to a week.

Comments: Making the switch to paperless timekeeping using Mobile Service was one of the best things our company has done. It cut down our payroll preparation time by about 50%. An added benefit for our technician is access to customer notes; they no longer have to call in to find out who the building contact is, what their hours are etc. It's a wonderful time saver. The representative and her team are super to work with and are some of the few App developers who are open to customer suggestion. Using Mobile Service has been a great experience, I highly recommend trying it.

Comments: So far, so good. Mobile Service has helped us to streamline many of our service-related issues that paper dispatching could no longer handle. The team has been helpful and responsive in addressing our issues, and tailoring solutions to our specific needs. Looking forward to many of the improvements that are coming in the next year.

Comments: The customer support is exceptional with a very quick response time. The representative is very knowledgeable and takes the time to educate those using/implementing Mobile Service. Also, they will take the time and make any custom reports that are needed per the customer which is very helpful. Our employees who use the application love using it. It is very easy to learn and helps with the efficiency of the work day.

Comments: Customer service team always make us feel valued as customers and jump right onto any concerns that we have. We did have some challenges trying to implement the map tracking feature in Canada without utilising a lot of data on the phones and significantly reducing the phone battery life.

Comments: We've been using the software for a year, having migrated from a paper system. The field management portion is well-developed and works great. But the back end is sorely lacking. It theoretically has a full financial system, and they promised that purchasing/inventory management was coming soon, but a year later we still can't manage inventory, allocate it to jobs, etc. The system doesn't have the capability to enter credit card purchases and reconcile the statements. It takes 22 mouse clicks to print a single check and you can't batch select/print them. Many functions require inefficient back-and-forth between mouse and keyboard.

We frequently find errors (numbers not matching in 2 different places, a bank deposit that "loses" some of the checks, voided checks not showing up again as payables, inability to receive a customer payment, wrong numbers printing on checks). Many of these seem to stem from code changes that aren't fully tested, so they create a problem or error somewhere else.

Software changes are frequent, but there's never any notice about what changed. And, as stated above, they're not well tested. Some features shouldn't be there, like the ability to edit or delete journal entries (big GAAP violation). There's a sleek looking dashboard, but it's not yet linked to real data.

When we give feedback, the errors are fixed, usually cheerfully, and within a day or two, sometimes only after a second request. But in the meantime, we've had to set aside checks, or invoices, and come back to redo our tasks. This drags down our productivity. And it makes us question the credibility of the system and its outputs.

Comments: We have been a customer of Mobile Service for over 6 years. There were not a lot of products that catered to the service industry when we were searching for a product. The nice part is that they have grown and evolved with us over time. The customer service we receive when we have an issue is outstanding. We never feel dumb when we make an error! This product helps us be more efficient by allowing us to dispatch calls, see where the techs are by their status, have the techs take pictures that attach to the work order, get signatures and capture all the pertinent information of what was done on the job without having to have someone retype or migrate it into our software. We are in the garage door industry and highly recommend Mobile Service.

Pros: The ease of use and the way that it allows us to communicate with our field technicians with ease.

Cons: There have been glitches in the software that have caused some issues from time to time.

Overall: Implementing Mobile Service has been a process and has had it's challenges internally, but the app has been pretty easy to learn, use and understand. The customer service that has accompanied the app has been second to none and is worth every dollar that has been spent. Anita and her team are nice, knowledgeable and are always willing to help however possible at any time. I would recommend Mobile Service and this team to anyone!

Recommendations to other buyers: To use this software you have to realize that it is a software and there will be small things that happen you must work through to make it work for your company. The upside to that is that Mobile Service is there to help and will walk through anything and everything with you.

Pros: Easy of use for all.

Overall: We have been using Mobile Service since 2010 and have not had any regrets. It has made life easier for all concerned and increased our workflow. It has also reduced paper. printing and storage cost as well. Great investment.

Comments: Mobile Service is easy to set-up and use. This software integrated with our existing accounting software and field mobile devices without any problems. Any questions or modifications were promptly responded to. We were hesitant about the change to this system, but it has made a world of difference in tracking time, invoicing and producing service history as well as keeping an eye on where personnel are at all times. We would definitely recommend Mobile Service.

Comments: We've been using this mobile app for almost a year now. Customer service is outstanding. We can send all of our tickets to the technicians quickly. The Mobile office manager has a great mapping function to assist in scheduling. You can see at a glance if the technicians have seen their tickets, are en route, on site or have completed the service. It's very easy to use.

Comments: We implemented this software in order to have real time information for our technicians as well as office personnel. Prior to installation, we were using Total Service for our elevator business and manually keying all service tickets into that program. Once implemented we realized all of the other benefits to the software such as GPS locator to see who is closer to a call for dispatch, billing upon ticket completion, technicians involvement in the ticket generating process, timesheet submittal from the app, etc.

We are very happy with the program and are completely impressed with the service that we have had from day one. Response time is immediate, assisting the office as well as our technicians is something that makes our lives much easier and is of great value.

I cannot speak more highly of Anita Seymour and her staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate our business needs.
