It allows organizations to improve supplier relations to leverage the organization’s purchasing power with better terms and conditions Pros This application allows my organization to make partial or complete payments after prioritizing the invoice for the payment, which needs to be done on a supplier-by-supplier basis. It also allows my organization to define a complete end-to-end process from procurement to payment transactions. The system is very easy to use doesn't really require any training and when I've had questions customer support has been easy to reach and friendly. Pros I love that I can approve invoices as fast as I can without the need of paper. Cons Would like to have the approval capabilities directly through email.
