We love it Pros We have been able to automate every single manual task within our organization. We are able to monitor and proactively validate the company policies. The system offers limitless workflows, embedded e-forms and templates. We can create reverse auction events, RFPs, RFIs, RFXs, purchase orders. We are able to compare bid responses and we can manage the spend categories with a few clicks. The system is robust, yet it is so simple. We love the fact that the system offers an "amazon" like user experience Cons We have no complaints about the system or the service. We suggested a few capabilities during the initial implementation and they went ahead and implemented them. They do take into consideration things you point out as a user as nice to have and try to include in new releases. Pros I don't have to do things twice. I can just create one request and send to as many suppliers as I want to! Cons doesn't adjust to multiple languages but I read that they are working on this for the new Version.
