The system has significantly simplified many of our processes and has saved us a lot of time by bringing different areas of our operations together in one place. It makes it easier to manage and access important information, and I find the system very easy to use. Although there was a small learning curve, especially when importing historical data and adjusting Excel files to the required format, overall I am very happy with the system. As I continue becoming more familiar with the platform, I can see how beneficial it is for our day-to-day operations and how much it has helped improve our efficiency. Pros What I like most about Versa Cloud ERP is that it brings different parts of our operations together in one system. It helps us manage products, inventory, purchase orders, and other day-to-day processes more efficiently. I also like that the platform is easy to navigate and allows us to access important information and make updates without having to use multiple systems. Cons What I liked least about Versa Cloud ERP was the process of importing historical data. I used Excel and experienced some issues with the formatting, which made the process a little more time-consuming. It seemed easier to work with Google Sheets, but since I am more accustomed to using Excel, I preferred to continue using it. All of the information I need is no more thana few clicks away. Cons I would like to see the reporting functionality improved. There are many reports but it is not always easy to create a new report to find specific information.
