The support is excellent and they are continuously upgrading the platform. Pros Versa Cloud ERP is a very intuitive system and easy to manage. All of the information I need is no more thana few clicks away. Cons I would like to see the reporting functionality improved. There are many reports but it is not always easy to create a new report to find specific information. UI is simple and once the user understand the base skills of the system, those skills are carried over into different portions of the system making it easy to learn and navigate. Cons The only area of opportunity i see for this system is an improved CRM. We our business mentioned this to Versa they immediately schedule a meeting with us and were very welcoming to feedback. Pros Allowed us to integrated multiple entities into a single platform which is accessible on any device anywhere anytime. Cons As with any software integration there is a learning curve that must be overcome to get the most out of the product. Pros The team at VersAccounts has really made our whole operations for inventory control, sales order processing and financial reporting seamless. The best feature about this platform is the support behind the platform. The support team is by far the best I have had the pleasure to work with. They provide custom modifications meet the needs of our industry and continue to impress us with what they can help us accomplish and provide more service to our customers. We recently integrated VersAccounts with our online dealer shopping platform. The team at VersAccounts made the integration for their part stress free and successful!
