Very limited to back end setup and configuration

Pros

Support has improved significantly on recent years, the team are more proactive and informative. Development is taking customer suggestions and incorporating them in future sprints. The user interface is well received

Cons

The operational side of Condeco is at time rather clunky and setup can take longer than it really should. Focus on future enhancements to review how the back end of the system is configured would improve customer experience, as more time can then be allocated to support users

### "Good but... Changes should be validated more carefully"

Very good except during the major incidents which are too often and the lack of information should be corrected.

Pros

The tool can make all that we need and is friendly. Our customer success manager is great and nice and the first level of support makes a good job.

Cons

Two many critical incidents and we have no information about that (no information on your status page and the L3 support team gave me information only after I asked my CSM). Today the outlook addin is not working and it is the second time in 6 months. Users are really angry to have to use the website. Moreover, the COM+ was replaced by the M3365 addin and we have too many regression : no more moderation emails (and this is critical) / no detection of moderators (so we can't have different rules for users and moderators any more).

Positive - it has enabled a transition over to Blended Working allowing better use of space.

Pros

Flexible methods of booking desks, especially the App. The My team feature on the App is really useful and I try to let everyone know to use it

Cons

Outlook Add-In has some reliability issues, especially with recurring bookings. Not all features of App are available in Web version.

I have no issue using Condeco except sudden name change was confusing to locate the application on mobile and desktop..

Pros

Easy to use navigate within mobile app. Can easily identify the floor plan and available desk. I am also able to find the desk where my coworker has been reserved for the day.

Cons

The update happen during 10 am on Monday which could be heavy usage. It would be much better if it happens at 5 AM

We have been discussing our issues with our nominated account mgr but are struggling to get a clear idea of when features we are missing can be added to the roadmap, even if we are prepared to contribute to their cost. Our account mgr left and we are still waiting for a permanent replacement.

I am rating the SpaceIQ desk booking product which covers most of our needs. It's workmanlike enough.

Cons

I am rating the SpaceIQ desk booking product which whilst basic lacks features that our previous platform (Ricoh) had such as visitor mgt, geo located check in and staff pictures from Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

Horrible, frustrating, waste of time, incompetent and deceitful service team. Proxy-Click system works well, why is the product served so poorly.

I don't know Condeco, Eptura is horrible with incompetent and deceitful customer service (i.e., contract support and billing problem resolutions), ProxyClick is highly missed.

Overall it is not a bad system. We have the desk booking and room booking system. Room booking system has been great with ease of use. In terms of customer service with COndeco, we have seen improvements. From the early days where we'd have to wait for a day or two for a response to what is almost an immediate response now. We have scheduled regular meetings with a rep so that makes a difference.

Pros

Relatively easy to implement and use and the current customer service response turn around time is quick, which really improves our user experience.

Cons

Some features may not be at the level we want. The reporting system is not that user friendly and the data presented is often not how we want it so it means a lot of data manual handling.

Pros

Having both browser and mobile app is great so easy to book a desk or space I need when I go to office. Can see what days the office is going to be busy and when to go in The team day feature is really good, love being able to organise getting my team in for our weekly inoffice day and book one of our ‘areas’. Seeing the spaces visually on the floor plan is great also. We use it to book our parking spaces. Nice having all your bookings (desks rooms parking) in one place on portal. Condeco has become engrained into our work lives and its become a fun tool that you want to use!

Cons

We are excited for more work to be done on mobile app and team day feature. Be good to be able to click on floor plan and see who has booked what spot

I am happy to tell about Condeco application. I can say simply which is user friendly to book Meeting spaces and Conference rooms. There authentication process is excellent as per the Industry requirement. In future I am expecting more functionality like Condeco analytics avoid OOS (Out of Sync) Issues between Condeco and ORF(Outlook Room Finder).

Pros

Condeco Analytics recently introduced and Reporting section. Apart from Conference room and Car booking.

Cons

Exchange synch between ORF and Condeco. We are facing OOS (Out of Synch) issue for several times from the user.

The decision was taken by the DIAGEO Business management.

Multiple platforms to parking, desks, meeting spaces. Helpful booking grid gives you view of bookings for weeks ahead. Love floorplan. Updated mobile app is modern and userfriendly can book and manage any time v convenient. integrated with m365 and out look add-in is no brainer. Syncs with ldap and sso for smooth user experience and means we can leverage existing authentication infrastructure. Customer support = great.

Cons

One drawback was outlook addin lacked ability to book multiple meeting space But this has been developed and we’re looking forward for the release

It’s been great. Was easy + quick to get set up and the customer service has been v good.

Pros

It makes collaborating with my team when we’re in the office very easy. If we have a hectic week packed with lots of meetings we can schedule and book the meeting rooms we need. I like how we can see what meeting rooms are available through the booking grid or the option of booking directly in outlook. We have the touch screens outside each room as well which look really sleek/modern

Cons

At the moment we haven’t really found anything that we don’t like about it. It does exactly what we need it to do and in my opinion is a must have for a modern office..

Customer support is excellent, they will not make your hassle if you need support. And it is friendly use and easy to learn. And it is record/log attendances. And it features that is appreciated is the find the collegue and ease recovery of room scheduling.

Great product overall and makes desk / meeting room bookings easy for users / reporting on.

Pros

User friendly software both for end user and admin users. Back end configuration is simple to navigate and the onboarding process / team are great to work with.

Cons

If an issue is raised, sometimes it can be a bit lengthy for a fix to be applied. I appreciate these things need investigatory works etc. but when asking for an ETA on a fix being applied responses are not helpful.
