Pre-exchange integration and the Condeco app, our staff enjoyed using Condeco. The company themselves were also great to work with. If we can get over the synchronisation issues with Exchange and the app etc. and take full advantage of the Eptura suite of products then there is a potential to win our satisfaction back.

Pros

The web application is feature rich and works well overall.

Cons

Integrating with Exchange removes a lot of the web functionality and the booking experience is less than satisfactory.

There are occasional issues with synchronization between the desktop and mobile applications, though this issue has improved over time.

### "The Basics"

Overall SpaceIQ has the minimum things needed for our purposes and we are able to make use of the software to get our needs met. I feel it is at a B- right now and looking for a few more features to make it really useful.

Pros

We are able to get the basic needs met which is seating chart. We do get a few added tools and a nice way to export data.

Cons

There are a lot of good reporting in the software, however there is not a way to export those reports which leaves you making your own from the raw data pulls

The produce itself is easy to use for the end user.

Cons

The setup and support channels have been quite a challenge to work with, especially where we had a hardware fault and Condeco support were not very helpful at all

Overall the product is really good and we are looking forward to see what further developments happen with the product - especially with integrations to Outlook/Teams.

Pros

The administration side is very easy to use - especially when implementing Condeco into offices as part of office moves or refurbs. Giving users control to be more self efficient and less reliant on IT is beneficial.

Cons

Some features we do not require and the price should reflect features we use/require at a particular office.

### "Easy desk booking..."

Pros

Ease of booking desks and overview of who is in each day. As an administrator, ease of cancelling a desk for a colleague not coming in.

Cons

Pulling reports is not intuitive and fiddly. Not easy to see who was in in the past.

Our parent company uses Condeco so we can now book desks across all offices / departments.

### "Condeco Meeting Room & desk booking"

Generally been positive. Product support & service desk are very good with prompt resonse times.

Pros

The product is stable & easy to use. The web app does almost everything, Vendor & Visitor sections are useful and Outlook smart calandar is handy

Cons

If you haven't used a desk/room booking product before, careful advanced usage planning is recommended prior to submitting the setup spread sheet - and decide early on if you plan to use SSOIt was difficult to get the Outlook add in to work proprely at the beginning and needed quite a lot of project meetings to get it up & running, but this may have been because the office 365 version had just been released.The Outlook add in needs much more develpment to make it the complete product unfortunately and the promised additions must have a much higher priority on the product road map -

Overall experience has been good and support has been very responsive when needed.

Pros

Compared with other solutions we reviewed, Condeco proved the most intuitive by our end-user testers. It also addressed the requirements we were seeking in a resource management solution.

Cons

I feel like the administrative side of the portal could be a bit more initiative or laid out a bit more efficiently. It seems you have to jump between multiple menu sections to accomplish tasks that should be handled within a single menu and process flow. I'd also like to see all th eCondeco portals contained within one Portal so it is not necessary to jump between them to accomplish admin tasks. (Eg. Condeco Portal, Vendor Portal, Support Portals)

Reason for choosing Condeco

End-user and administrative testing/ feedback placed Condeco as the leader in our selection process. We liked the interface and product options and felt the company and solution offered the most potential.

### "Reactive versus innovative"

Pros

I like that as an admin, I don't have to operate from two different portals. Also, the ability to make so much customization and allowing us to build/control/troubleshoot on our own first before involving Eptura engineering.

Cons

Reliant on the users to push through innovation or innovating as a reaction, versus trying to forecast and keep up with the market. There is no tracking and admin access cannot be further limited within the categories. No cancellation reporting. All new advancements require further monetary investment and everything is an add on.

### "Early experiences by administrator"

Reserving personal space works very well.New user experience reserving rooms and using the Polycon is still in the learning phase.

Pros

1\. Search function to find team members.2. Booking personal spaces is easy to do.3. Booking meeting room spaces using Microsoft via the Condeco add-in is very helpful.4. Booking grid allows us to see what resources are available all at once.

Cons

Installation was not easy. Especially getting the room's note pads to connect properly.We would like to link meeting rooms into existing meetings.

buona anche perchè le postazioni flex sono limitate.

Pros

Utile per la praticità di fare il check-in direttamente dalla postazione con il "desk".L' utilizzo del software è abbastanza facile e intuitivo, utile anche l' app Android nel caso si debba fare una prenotazione lastminute.

Cons

la app è meno intuitiva rispetto la versione web.Il periodo per prenotare è limitato a 2 settimane , se si è assenti per un lungo periodo è praticamente obbligatorio utilizzare l' app , oppure farsi prenotare la postazione da un collega.

### "Meets so many needs in one product"

Since Covid we have been able to simply rollout out the desk booking to new sites, and it was so easy. A great product that allows us to set up groups for whatever we need, and set access levels to meet the demand.

Pros

For me the ability to easily move meetings around, we call it room Tetris, to make the most use of our meeting rooms. Condeco is certainly the easiest that we have seen. The support team are also great at helping, if stuck with something not working, or suggestions on how we can do something better.

Cons

Nothing that we can think of, and with regular reviews with account team they tell us what is coming up, and we also have the ability to log ideas as well.

We have been using Condeco for 4 years and overall the product has been very helpful in managing room resource especially when people leave and you need to remove recurring appointments. When returning from Covid the adaptability of the system for us to manage the office and peoples expectations was successful. Ensuring cleaning time, space and accessibility was available for all users.

Pros

I like the ease of use when booking resources all in one place.

Cons

The Admin Features are not the most straight forward as the wording used is to describe some parts of the system can be confusing. Not always easy to find what you want quickly and sometimes end up going through most Screens in the Admin area as we don't do many changes.

Generally it's become gradually popular in the company, the problem cases number is not so high. The Support reply swift and are competent.

Pros

Seamless access acfross devices, ease of deployment, support channel is also very good.

Cons

Sometimes it's not stable on mobile App where users get logged out frequently. Instructions and the knowhow is bespoke and sometimes not so straight forward.The switch from Exchange Sync to Smart Calendar turned out not to be so easy, it needs a second test tenant in Azure.

Ease of use, user friendly interface, many customizable features

Cons

There does seem to be some difficulty with our in-house network when it comes to bringing the room screens online for the first time. Also, something in the network was interfering with the screens being able to access the booking calendar. Most likely not a Condeco issue, but still causes problems for us.
