### "Condeco and Teams Rooms"

Not good since we installed Teams Room, because of the lack of Teams intergration with the Condeco Web portal.

Pros

The ability to book rooms and desks, catering booking, Wayfinder board and reports . Users can book desks with ease and search on staff.

Cons

We recently introduced Teams Rooms. Condeco web portal does not integrate with M365 Teams Rooms. The Outlook add-in lacks the ability to book multiple room bookings , Eptura are working on this. Also Admins can't book catering requirements via the Outlook add-in. - need to use the web portal. The Facilities Management team's preference is to use the web portal and this does not integrate with Teams Rooms

Pros

Ease of use and when issues arise and an incident is raised communication from the support desk it clear and understandable

Cons

Nothing springs to mind at the moment, however there is the option to raise suggestions on the portal

Good, with many areas to improve

Simple to use, support are quick to respond,

Cons

Can be slow at times, doesn't allow you to close desks on a specific day consistently, constant sync issue with Exchange rooms, doesn't allow you to select all desks and move them to a different location, floor or group

Overall, it made booking rooms incredibly easy and you could schedule meetings in many ways, removing the element of scrambling for a room in the workplace.

Pros

Everything was connected, the room would be connected to Outlook appointments and everything worked together nicely. It was a simple program, but just incredible useful and highly efficient. Once set up, you could swipe your badge at a unit on the wall and book rooms in a walk-up style.

Cons

It would occasionally fail to communicate with something and I would receive emails stating that my booked room (which I was usually sitting in) is no longer available from me and is up for grabs for others to book, recommending that I use the walk-up feature when I did, which was odd.

Successfully books rooms and interfaces with Outlook, convenient functionality with room display screens

Cons

Booking seems to have a lot of extra steps, the booking stays when a meeting is removed, and the UX could be easier to navigate

Not bad from the end-user point of view but becoming dated and will probably shop around for an alternative after migration to Office 365

Pros

Integrates well with Microsoft Exchange and allows users to check availability of meeting rooms and book meetings themselves

Cons

Permissions model is complicated and have had a lot of back-end server problems which can be difficult to troubleshoot

Got this solution deployed in our office, nothing works... RFID reader doesnt get read. The outside room signage doesnt display meetings correctly.. Device even hangs. Cant understand how to make a booking also
