It has really helped our NCR process and management. Also, the customer service is very helpful when there are issues or questions. Pros The ease of use. It is very user friendly. Operators are able to use it with minimal training. Integration with existing programs is pretty seamless also. Cons that the modules aren’t relational. Also that the users are tied to emails instead of usernames. It’s difficult to get emails for all the operators in order to have an account. As my company continues to grow I feel relieved to have the expert support and backing of the 1Factory team. Pros The speed in which i was able to implement the software throughout our manufacturing facility was extremely fast and easy. The 1factory team is very responsive and I appreciate how they take into consideration any comments or needs that will better help my facility operate their system. The Cost for this service is very competitive and offers the best bang for your buck. Cons Since the system is always evolving and taking recommendations. There may be some features that are not available right now, but I know with time more features will be included. It is very easy to use, both for me who works with it daily and for company operators. Cons Migrating the documents wasn't easy, but that's the way it is with all new software. I appreciate how easy they are to work with; the team is responsive, supportive, and genuinely great to have as a partner. The software offers a lot more capability than we’re used to. It has built-in features that help us monitor and improve our processes across the entire flow—from suppliers all the way through to customers. Pros I like that 1Factory is an all-in-one system—it ties together inspection, calibration, assembly, and APQP in one place. It’s given me a much clearer view of issues so I can spot them, track them, and measure them across every stage of production. Plus, it’s really easy to use and way more intuitive than the system we had before Cons At the beginning the hardest part was to import existing data and/or documents. However, since then 1Factory has worked with us to mitigate those difficulties and has improved this process. Specifically, the methods for incorporating documents has improved by 100%. Originally, we also had a loss of function in a few areas during our transition, but again 1Factory listened to our concerns, found wisdom in our requests and made software improvements. I enjoy using this software and hope to use more of its features in the future to help my company grow. Pros Its very user friendly and customer service is excellent! The ability to pull data from computer-based gages automatically is huge for the inspection process. This saves us time and money from having to hand type in all of our data. Creating inspections plans is way easy than most of the other softwares we have used. All of our comments, questions, and concerns when using this software have been met with open minds and care by the customer service team. Cons Initially the leader lines for balloons didn't work all the time. The OCR didn't always distinguish between text/numeric properly.
