But, as a standard tool, with the Community Version (unpaid), it is already very powerful if you take time to configure properly. The official support refers to installations certified by us (CentOS/RHEL and now Rocky/Alma/RHEL based environment), but that doesn't mean that we don't have customers using unsupported systems, such as Solaris or NetBSD. We still distribute tarball packages to run on any Linux and the process to make it work from the source is documented. It is not possible to document the whole detailed installation process on Debian or Ubuntu because of the high fragmentation that exists in the Linux world, for its dependencies, differences between the boot scripts, or security systems of each distro. All our customers who request support for specific versions are attended.
