Pros Visibook helped me to get my business off the ground quickly. I was able to send a link to clients for booking appointments. I book clients on my own and made detailed notes in each appointment. There is also the option to set the frequency of the appointment! Cons Visibook only allows you to set a certain amount of appointments before a small monthly charge is automatically withdrawn. Customers love it, Staff are growing to like it. Pros Organizes all of our coaches availability for private lessons so our company can see exactly when and with whom lessons are taking place. Our customers love it as well so they can book without having to come in to the office. Cons We have multiple lesson options and there is currently no way to categorize those types, so customers have to scroll through the entire list to get to the correct lesson they want. That translates into Pros After getting things plugged in for options, as a non computer person this service seem to help launch one side of my business that I no longer needed to worry with. Pros The simplest and most practical way to schedule appointments for my patients, allowing me not only to synchronize with my google calendar, but also to interact with the patient and channel payments. It seems very funtional to use my mobile phone, which allows me to optimize my attention. Cons That patients book their own appointments, which sometimes blocks a certain time without penalty for not attending it. To improve this detail it would be functional to integrate more effectively with the reservation payments prior to the consultation. I love the simple but stylistic look, ability to write notes on appointments, confirmation and reminder notifications, ability to set availability hours, and connection to my Google calendar. I also like the responsive customer support. " February 27, 2018 4.0 Ease of scheduling appointments Pros I love the ease of use. I am an executive secretary and I can make appointments within 3 clicks. I make appointments for 3 leaders and I can keep their schedules and mine clear with ease. Also, the auto-reminders can't be beat. Cons Sometimes I get stuck hoping for a feature that doesn't exist. Other times I find some issues between the mobile and desktop versions. I really think these are just growing pains and trust the awesome Visibook staff will continue improving. Thanks guys for this app Pros Great for putting private notes in as I use it for address’ and phone numbers when out and about. I also get my emails or my calls the next day wihich I print out for myself.and very easy to use. Overall I’m very pleased with it. Cons I would like when the email comes through it would have the private notes with the names as I write the addresses and phone numbers on it myself. Text messages are included which is great one. Automatic notification through email and text. Pricing is great!! Cons Sometimes it freezes and there is no way to get in from the App or the Website. The payment methods is limited to one option. It only allows to schedule one patient at a time. February 26, 2018 5.0 Pros Easy set up, really easy to navigate the app and book appointments, easy to add and edit customers. Love the confirmation texts sent out to clients the day before the appointment, and that they can respond directly to the confirmation text if they need to and I get notification sent straight to my cell phone. Super simple to add, edit or cancel appointments and they give you the option to send any adjustments to the client directly. Really affordable app, that literally does everything I need. Cons I'd like the option to be able to state why I'm closing off a day (eg: vacation, jury duty, etc). sometimes the app will get glitchy and won't let me edit the appointments, so I end up having to cancel the entire appointment and rebook, instead of just being able to do a simple edit. The confirmation sent out the day before the appointment would work much better for me if I could send out a completely custom text, asking the clients to confirm, and it would show on the schedule that the client has confirmed the appointment.
