Pros As a small business I wasn't sure which software would be compatible for my needs. Stumbled across Visibook in the Apple Store and decided to try it. It was the best decision ever! My clients love the ease of scheduling and selecting their services and it keeps me on track! Sometimes it is hard to select the correct slot whenusing the iPhone or iPad. Pros I love the fact that Visibook sends automatic reminders to clients the day before the appointment. My summer schedule changes from week to week, so this is essential. There are some good sides to Visibook like the ease of access, and the simple interface. But, on the opposite side, the interface is really simple and could afford some great new features in the update. Hopefully, it won't take long! Pros The only thing that kept me hooked in this software is how easy it is to set Visibook. You can create slots, appointments on the go and very reliably too. Especially the mobile version has made a lot of the process seamless. Cons The software is doing good, but still, I feel like it can do a lot better in terms of improvements of the interface, new features, avoid the laggy nature, and add some cool graphical interface, the notes can be visible to others on the slot, and so on. It's super easy to adjust your schedule and to add services to the schedule. My clients love it! Pros I like that it sends out reminders to my clients. I also love the texting ablity threw the app with clients ! Cons I don’t care for the double notification coming to my text and to the app like one notification is enough. It has all the features that you need to start up. I love the simplicity but WP integration is a must for me. Pros I love the simplicity of this app. Register and start scheduling and accept applications from the user. Google calendar integration is the best thing to visit book offers. The lack of support for 3rd party integration is what it needs for the next features. It does not give lots of features which is best for new users who are just starting out. If you just need an iframe to show this on your site and accept the appointment. Cons It is too simple. No 3rd party like WP integration makes using it for the advance customer very difficult. " February 27, 2018 5.0 Free yet professional looking booking service. I am just starting out with low and tight budget, and this app got me going with no expense and little effort. Pros Email and text notifications and reminders are convinient and professional looking. I downloaded the app and was able to send myself a test email within 30minutes. I was impressed. Also easy for clients to take action via the email notification. Cons I teach group fitness class, and you cannot see class names or time in a calendar view, so you have to drill in each day to see what they are. I wish it showed at least the times would be nice. It used to be that the clients missed sessions because they would schedule early and forget now they are notified promptly. Pros Besides the fact that it's easy to use I needed the software! Scheduling and making sure my clients get notified before our sessions have become 10x easier! Cons I wish there was a app special made for the clients to use to make it even faster on their end. " February 23, 2017 5.0 I can not tell you how helpful this app is for my nail business. I get notifications when people book, it send reminders and is SUPER user friendly. Thank you guys so much for all the Teck support(I ask a lot of questions) response time is quick!! Price is way too cheap!! Shhh don't tell them! I pay for the 150 booking a month if I had to pay a receptionist for the same time it would be so much more. Thank you, thank you! For making my work load that much easier. Pros It's easy to use and if I have questions there is Teck support and I get a response back within 15min. Usually. The email reminder and sled bookings for clients helps save me time. Cons The text messaging doesn't work in Europe(were overseas for work) I can not book personal appointments without making it on my actual list of services. It would be nice to be able to use this only calendar. Even though it connects to google calendar it only shows appointment on google not when I look on visibook. July 28, 2018 5.0 Pros It super easy to use! I love the way it imports from my contacts so when I book a client it can send them a confirmation text or email and then sends a reminder 24 hours before the appointment. I've had no problems at using the software and I'm not particularly tech savvy. I did call customer service about a question at the beginning and they were very helpful and accessible. I did a lot of searching and looking at other software, visibook had the best offer and I've been very happy with it! Cons I wish I could customize the confirmation texts and reminders. I have also had a lot less no shows thanks to the built in reminder text. Clients love it and love how professional it makes the whole appointment setting process. Cons Can lag every once in a while.
